Hands down, the fastest way to reply to social media.
Kommentare: Lets me respond to all my social media in a fraction of the time it would normally take using the native software itself.
Vorteile: It has hotkeys, which means I can get through all my social media replies in moments, without taking my hands of the keyboard.
Nachteile: It doesn't support YouTube, and other platforms where people are expecting replies from me. I'm furious every time I have to use something other than Respond because it's so fast.

Buffer Reply does what it says, but not much else
Vorteile: I think Buffer Reply works fine as a way to manage comments and messages. Buffer is great at creating a clear and easily navigable interface. It is a great option for a very small company with a limited budget and a low volume of comments and messages.
Nachteile: I don't know why Buffer creates one-off products that are separated from each other. As a social media manager, the last thing I need is more tabs open. There is nothing "wrong" with Buffer Reply, but it's pretty bare bones, and it seems unnecessary for it to be a stand-alone product.

Excellent way to ensure you don't miss a customer post
Kommentare: Now can monitor all of the company's inbounds using a single tool, instead of having to hop around to multiple social media apps.
Vorteile: Really easy way to monitor, manage, assign (delegate), and respond to inbounds across multiple social media channels in a single console.
Nachteile: Billing system isn't integrated into main Buffer application AND you can't access invoices at all. Makes it a royal pain when submitting expense reports.
