You must also thoroughly examine if you need this account as this is not for every business. Some businesses need more customize calling rather than a route calls and voice calls.

> **Vorteile**: The pros of this software is that when you're over the road and it need to have someone take phone calls for you but you don't have anybody to work for you cuz you work on your own it's nice cuz you can reroute all of that to your phone you can transfer if you do have other people that work for you and it's all on one phone it doesn't cost any extra services

> **Nachteile**: What I don't like about the service is that you you have to kind of get to know it really well to really make sure and feed it takes a while to understand it but once you get the hang of it everything is fine and it turns out it works pretty well it works over internet so it always use Wi-Fi connection

> Sometimes in the beginning  i would not know what i was doing and then my phone call or whatever action I was trying to do would not go through but you just have to get to know what you're doing other than that I mean it's really not a bad program I would recommend it to anybody that is busy and over-the-road mainly it's really convenient like so you don't have to just be stuck in one office all day waiting for that business call
