Feedforward replaces feedback
Kommentare: At first there was an issue with doing this on mobile devices but that has been overcome. The power of this social media type tool is you can ask for and receive real time assistance in knowing what you do well and what other think you can do to improve in meeting your commitments. It is about helping you know, in real time, what others suggest. It allows you to engage them in a dialogue and help you meet commitments. It is about finding out what is the path to success not a review of history that can not be changed. It can be set up so anyone in the organization can provide you the insight you need to hear not necessarily what you wish to hear. You can customize it to your specific focus on the behaviours you are working on to improve. As such it is an open system and not dictated by some off-theshelf not relevant set of behavioural competencies someone else things are important.
