Kommentare: We have been with Bonafide for at least 9 years. They market to DME providers and Pharmacies. We are both. As of 2017, we are still have issues with the ability to accept HSA?FSA cards. This battle has been going on for years. Currently, Bonafide's credit card processor is Axiamed. Axiamed has a function to tokenize credit cards for auto or re-occurring charges/copays. Currently, the interface between Bonafide and Axiamed is selecting the wrong cc number. This has been going on for 2 months without a fix. I have contact executives at Bonafide and both the CTO and CEO of Axiamed to help to get this resolved. At this time, it still is not corrected. The "fixes" that have been put into place have not resolved the issue. These 2 companies are in control and have not resolved the issue. We have been flat out lied to by Bonafide. At this point, I would not recommend Bonafide to anyone for any of its services, additional reasons beyond what is listed.
