Vorteile:
Extremely robust. Can be customized to any printers needs.
Nachteile:
The system is not extremely user friendly, however I have found that more simple systems usually have limitations. PV has little to no limitations. If you can imagine it, you can build it. The license's are way more complicated than it needs to be.

We have not completely solved the integration with imposition software. We consider that a key feature that has been problematic to get working reliably.
We are working on integration to web stores and have found the support for this lacking.
Vorteile:
The software is one complete and consistent package from the start of a quote to the final invoice and financials. The transparency of calculations and costing within cases makes the software trustworthy and reliable and well as easy to adjust to get the results you wish.
Nachteile:
The resulting job ticket is clunky and outdated compared to the rest of the software. The user interface is too plain and could use more creativity to make it more user friendly.

Challenges
Kommentare: Right now, awful. Planning to change reseller to have an improved experience.
Vorteile:
There is extensive features within the program to meet with our internal needs except that we have a terrible reseller who's knowledge base was very limited and lack the resources - couldn't deliver on promises.
Nachteile:
Very difficult to train and implement - the methodology was cumbersome, awkward, too many moving parts. The issues could be the reseller abilities and resources.

We take your concerns about support and training very seriously. ERP implementations vary greatly in scale and scope and, unfortunately, they don't all go smoothly as planned the first go-round. Kommentare: Very good, exceptional people and support. They have taken many suggestions to improve the system. Very good base system, and will be easy to support multiple sites. People wil WyePrint are first class. Major improvements needed to inventory management, job costing and scheduling.
Vorteile:
Cloud based, nearly every screen and report can be dumped to excel. Cost. Ease of use. Browser interface so that multiple instances can be open at one time is AWESOME.
Nachteile:
Job costing and reports are horrible. Job costing doesn't flex therefore making all analysis skewed. Scheduling doesn't auto move jobs based on late/early status or have flags to indicate material or previous steps incomplete. Cannot move raw material or FG locations via bar code scanning. No pallet tracking - have to use third party to use a license plate which is not integrated to the lots. Very poor shop floor interface and processing.

Vorteile:
We like the flexability in the system that allow us to make the setup for our needs. We have a wide organisation with different needs and Printvis covers them all
Nachteile:
For simple jobs the system is still quite complex and the users need a high level of knowledge
