Kommentare: I use signnow to upload pdf,edit and put signature on it.i did it for free.

Vorteile:

Its value for money.the basic plan cost less than 10$.i also like it has the antivirus scanning aspect after we upload document giving more security.

Nachteile:

As much as i like all the feature,the user interface a little bit confusing for me.also,when i upload jpeg,its harder to edit compared to pdf

Simple and affordable.

Kommentare: I have been using SignNow for over 10 years, back when it was Cudasign. I never have to walk my clients through the signing process, they always figure it out easily.

Vorteile:

Easy for my clients and tenants to use, can fill out straight from their mobile phone, get a pdf once completed.

Nachteile:

Creating templates is difficult on a mobile device

I don't think they have a Support Team

Kommentare: Terrible experience. I never write reviews but I did in this case because the treatment was so bad

Vorteile:

None, they didn't respond to my requests to cancel the service

Nachteile:

Their Support team is terrible. Its noon on the east coast and nobody is even working to help customers. I requested to cancel my account, they didn't cancel it.

Decent Digital Signature, but Not the Best Out There

Kommentare: Our business implemented SignNow via API with our proprietary CRM. We enjoyed the feature as it worked, but there were many flaws with the API including expiring keys, and some connection downtime.

Vorteile:

airSlate SignNow was a helpful tool for our business because it allowed for digital signatures, which helped take our business in the virtual world.

Nachteile:

I least liked SignNows customer support. Whenever we had an API issue, we had to go back and forth via email with their admin team to get it resolved. I would have preferred a phone call.

Happy with product

Love SignNow

Kommentare: We've been using it for years, through multiple owners, and it keeps improving.

Vorteile:

I love that I can group multiple documents together rather than combine them into one PDF file. Many government PDFs don't allow editing. I love that I can password-protect documents for extra security. I love that I can copy a message from the first recipient to all the others, so I don't waste time copying and pasting it into each one.

Nachteile:

I don't dislike anything. I originally started using SignNow for personal use, and I liked it so much, we adopted it at work.

SignNow Helped Eliminate Lag Time in Contract Signing

Kommentare: Overall our experience has been great, and I enthusiastically recommend signNow. The primary function of the software is great - we can easily add fields and get documents sent off for signature, and have had no complaints or concerns from users on how to complete their online signatures.

Vorteile:

SignNow gives us the ability to conduct business online, which became critical during Covid-19 and, frankly, helped push us more fully into the digital age. Our clients love being able to review and sign documents from home, and we've saved a considerable amount of lag time between creating documents, mailing them to the clients and having them sign or mail them back. Half our younger generation clients don't have printers, or scanners, but are quite happy to sign online, and with signNow, so are we. The software is super easy to use in adding signature and other fields, and gives all parties copies of the executed documents, which saves us another step on the back end too.

Nachteile:

There are multiple tiers of product available, and we've chosen the lowest tier. The features we like least may be available in the premium package options, so take this with a grain of salt. But I would like to have clients able to upload documents. To have the software remember past customer's names, not just emails (we have to manually type them in, each time, right now). To customize the subject line of messages. To upload word docs and separate PDFs into one signature item, vs having to PDF and merge prior to uploading.

SignNow was not a good move for my business.

Kommentare: As a small business owner, I do not recommend this program for high traffic forms.

Vorteile:

The only thing that was acceptable from SignNow was the customer service support. Every time I needed to speak to customer support there is no doubt that I was able to get a hold of them

Nachteile:

What I did not like about SignNow was that for any feature that should be included you would have to pay an additional fee. The fill-in-the-blanks did not line up at all with the original wording, you cannot create a document from scratch you can upload pre-created documents. When sending the document for signature, some recipients did not even know who was sending the document for a signature because it did not say your business name only the email address. If I was a SignNow partner and since I used the program for so long I could easily tell them what they can fix.

Great value for cost

Kommentare: digitizing the signing process. saving paper and time and adding convenience to our clients.

Vorteile:

when it works as planned, it offers a lot of convenience to our business. every transaction in our industry requires about 20 pages of investor disclosures and signatures. SignNow allows clients to easily complete this process from their computer or mobile device. saves a lot of time, saves a lot of trees, and both our office and client get a PDF Copy when complete.

Nachteile:

sometimes there appear to be technical glitches where it does not work as planned. usually we just have to wait till SignNow has update a fix and then works again as expected. but this is sometimes and inconvenience. if this is resulting from user error on our end, I would to know and be put in touch with a training person so we can address this.

Makes Doing Business Easier

Kommentare: SignNow is the perfect complement to our small business and helps us to do things more professionally when it comes to our clients and business partners.

Vorteile:

SignNow helps to cut out inefficiencies in doing business. It does that by allowing us to get necessary documents signed quickly without us having to scan pages and constantly run behind people to get signatures.

Nachteile:

I can’t say that there’s really much that I don’t like about this software. If I had to point out one thing, I’d ask for the ability to reduce the time to sign all the way down to 1 day. Currently that minimum is 3 days.

Easy Electronic Signing With signNow

Kommentare: Overall, they are good and doable, they could just use some much-needed updates without having to increase the price.

The ability to capture e-sginatures, have a trail with the need to audit is especially important.

Nachteile:

They lacked several things I was looking for. I have been looking for an alternative that will provide everything that I need.

Kommentare: We've had a great experience. However, they changed their plan design and when doing so, it bumped me out of phone support and down to email only support.

Vorteile:

SignNow is affordable yet give some very advanced features. My favorite feature is where you can create a link for people to access a reoccurring form to fill out. This is very helpful when selling insurance over the internet. People come to my website and buy insurance without me involved.

Nachteile:

Simple tasks such as selecting multiple documents at once or deleting batches of documents isn't available. You would think something this simple would be included. Perhaps they will add this in the future.

SignNow is a life saver! Convenient, easy to use... my clients love it!

Vorteile:

With buyers and sellers all over the country and the globe, being able to sign listing and purchase agreements electronically is a must. SignNow is convenient, easy to use, and my clients love it. Being able to use the app on my mobile device has changed my business for the better. I will never look back!

Nachteile:

If I could change one thing about the software, I would add an auto-populate setting on iPhone to where you wouldnt have to type in the destination email address every time. If the contact isnt in your existing phone book, you have to type in the email address manually. Thats fine, but its easy to transpose a letter or number and then have the incorrect signer.

Sign Now for 100's of Contracts

Vorteile:

The price was the biggest factor in going with Sign Now. As a new company, we needed the most cost-effective way to send out our contracts.

Nachteile:

Up until recently, I would have given 5 stars across the board. My company celebrated our 1 year anniversary and with that came contract renewals. This is where Sign Now has lost stars for me. They don't have a way for a business to look at the contract date signed without going into each one and researching. I have 300 contracts renewing with multiple dates for renewals over the next few months. I would love a feature where we could see the email we sent the contract to and the date the contract was signed in a spreadsheet format. When I reached out about this issue they seemed stumped themselves. In my industry we will send out thousands of contracts a year and we need a system to keep up with who signed and when. At this time my staff is having to update an excel spreadsheet.

Great alternative to docusign

Vorteile:

This software works the same as docusign but It’s more straightforward.

Nachteile:

Some features could be improved such as when signing a document, the pop-up boxes will cover up words on the document that I need to see in order to fill out correctly.

Awful support and inadequate instructions

Kommentare: Frustrating not being able to get any support whatsoever. They will probably say, "Oh he had a trial account." My response: If you prohibit trial users from accessing support how can they adequately *try* (as in "trial") your product? A "trial" means I have the opportunity to explore and experience all aspects of a online service. If I (presumably) must pay first before I can access any kind of support, why offer a trial? You have many competitors, so it's not like potential customers can't just delete their SignNow account and find a better product/service. That's what I did.

Vorteile:

Nothing. I tried to use it three different times but the instructions were practically nonexistent, or if available, the company does not make it easy to learn how to use their product. I'm sure they will say, "But look, watch this video or read this KB article, etc." But if a customer has to search, not find what they need, then go to reach out to support only to find that there is no support, a post-hoc explanation does not do me (or other customers) any good.

Nachteile:

Zero support. Your only option is "SignNow University" where you can search in vain for answers to your questions. No support chat. No support phone number. No support email address.

Cost effective and intuitive

Kommentare: Seamless.

Vorteile:

The price is ridiculously good value for money, particularly if bought with PDF Filler. Adding signer roles is intuitive and can be done in sequence and on selected fields.

Nachteile:

The automatic detection of fields from imported files sometimes fails. More font options on created fields would be a nice to have.
