Juli 2026* | Gesundheit, Wellness & Fitness | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Clear and friendly user interface. Easy for clients to book, reschedule, cancel etc. Love the link to Discovery Vitality so those bookings come straight through. Quick and helpful response from support when I have questions. > > **Nachteile**: Can't automate reminder email; can't account for first 3 Discovery bookings that are not reimbursed; can't automate registration page (lots to fill in when signing up can be a barrier for clients) > > Really good. From day one everything was pretty seemless. I've had good feedback from clients. Would reccomend to other studios. ----- ### "Highly Recommend the Bookamat app for Boutique Studios\!" — 5.0/5 > **Debbie** | *23. September 2026* | Gesundheit, Wellness & Fitness | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: What I like most about Bookamat is their customer support - always quick and thorough in their responses to issues. I also like that they are constantly developing and improving the app, almost weekly\! > > **Nachteile**: The only thing I like least is that the app is not available to down load on app stores - but usually clients get in touch and I direct them to the apk download via the website. > > As someone who has used about 4 or 5 different booking platforms over the last decade - Bookamat is by far the best in terms of value for money and user-friendliness/service. Bookamat is an app I have used for many years and is a great investment as a boutique fitness studio. It is very user-friendly on both the business and client side. It is also affordable and adaptable to your specific needs. Highly recommend\! ----- ### "Fantastic, they continually improve the app" — 5.0/5 > **Maggie** | *17. März 2026* | Sport | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: They continually update with new features, way better to when they started back in the day, and they give great service > > **Nachteile**: nothing, ----- ### "I really wanted these guys to be the company for me\!" — 4.0/5 > **Katie** | *2. Dezember 2019* | Gesundheit, Wellness & Fitness | Empfehlungsbewertung: 7.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: I love that it's an Aussie company\! It looks great, it's simple to use\! It has the ability to offer class bookings, courses, privates, membership subscriptions, has client self check in. It does 99% of what I need for my business and I really wanted these guys to be the one to replace my current system with Wix Bookings and Paid Plans via Wix. > > **Nachteile**: Unfortunately the customer can cancel their membership plan at any time, so for my students who are on a year contract with weekly payments I was not able to replicate this system as the students could cancel at any time. Apart from that they're pretty awesome, so if the above doesn't bother or effect you then I say support the Aussie guys giving MindBody a good run for their money\! > > 9.5/10 it's just that one little thing that's a big deal that turned me from almost certainly going with them to unfortunately having to keep looking elsewhere. ----- ### "Couldn't recommend more\!" — 5.0/5 > **Georgia** | *29. Januar 2020* | Gesundheit, Wellness & Fitness | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: It was SUPER easy to set up my book a mat account for my mobile wellness business. I had it done from start to finish ready for bookings within 2 hours\! It's really user friendly compared to other booking platforms I have used and I like how the interface looks. Having shopped around, I have found that this is one of the most reasonably priced booking platforms out there\! I also really like that I can have multiple locations without paying any extra. > > **Nachteile**: It would be great if you could have staff logins that don't allow full access to reporting or financial information. > > AMAZING\!\!\! Super quick response to emails for help etc. The team really have done all they can to. make sure I'm confident and ready to go for bookings. ----- Seite: 1 / 2\ Weiter: [Nächste Seite](https://www.capterra.com.de/software/154385/bookamat?page=2) ## Links - [Auf Capterra anzeigen](https://www.capterra.com.de/software/154385/bookamat) ## Diese Seite ist in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar | Sprache | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | ----- ## Strukturierte Daten
