Amazing SEO tool, a bit expensive

Kommentare: I work in an important agency that can pay it monthly and the truth is that it is very comfortable and simple to analyze sites and optimize them with this tool.

Vorteile:

The crawl bot is really very good; I used other tools of this style but the level of detail of the analysis of this tool (besides being constant) is very professional and complete. It is ideal for the positioning of longtail keywords. For the short time it's in the market I think they have a very promising future if they continue down this road.

Nachteile:

It is an expensive tool, especially for startups and small agencies that want a tool that adds value to their daily work. The monthly fee is high, even in the lowest plan.

Great product functionality, poor customer service

Kommentare: Botify offers a wide variety of functionality and reporting in its platform. However, this is somewhat nullified by the fact that poor customer service and technical support make it difficult for our team to use the tool to its fullest.

Vorteile:

Botify is amazing in what it offers. Pretty much any SEO-related technical metric is covered in the platform, and it also does content evaluation as well. The depth of the reporting is what sets it apart from platforms that offer general 'site auditing.' What I personally really like is the ability to do dynamic filtering on all URLs. I also like the fact that most reports are based on segments which you can build, so that the visualizations are more streamlined and easier to package up for separate business operating groups.

Nachteile:

Botify is definitely not the easiest program to learn, and the learning curve for mastering the full breadth of its functionality is steep. This is not made any easier by the fact that their customer service is poor. We have a dedicated rep (we are a big company), and we are supposed to receive a monthly training session. However, the rep has failed to reach out and our last session was in June (it is now September). As for the software itself, I have no complaints except that it can be EXTREMELY slow and almost unusable at times.

Botify has great data reliability and log file analysis. You are able to customize the crawls and the crawl frequency.

Nachteile:

Very expensive product when using features like log analyzer and keyword research. Customer Support team needs better training, not as helpful as competitor support.
