> **Nachteile**: The most simple calculations are wrong too often. Also can not get certain dashboard overviews that look very easy. Their answer is because it's not possible as it comes from different sources, which for me is the whole reason to use this tool. I can not rely on the data and have to still manually calculate.

Additionally, I find the reporting options to be somewhat limited. Overall, i would still recommend Databox to others who want to make nice looking reports over multiple sources.

> **Vorteile**: The platform is very user-friendly.  It's easy to learn and the customer service takes their time to walk you through all of the features and questions you may have when learning the platform.  The platform has so many integrations and is incredibly flexible.

> Databox is always looking for ways to improve its interface.  It's smooth - data updates quickly and it's easy to use.  The customer-service is super responsive, and always willing to step in and help out with the Databoards (dashboards) I'm working on.  I would say it is my favorite tool to use as an analyst - ever\!
