With the software, managers and employees complete reviews online, with automated reminders. During the last review cycle, completion rates improved by 40% because no one missed deadlines.&#10;Custom Reports&#10;We frequently need reports for management — like headcount by department, attrition trends, or training hours. Earlier, these took hours to compile. Now, HR can generate customized reports in minutes, saving both time and effort while making data-driven decisions easier.
