A simple and effective performance review system

Kommentare: Assessteam is a very easy to use program to track my team's performance. It let's us customize the KPIs and goals, and allows us to pick an evaluation schedule of our choice. The convenience of using mobile apps to do monthly reviews on the go is a bonus and the customer team support was very approachable. Looking to leverage other features like time tracking also in the coming months.

Vorteile:

Customizable performance indicators, easy of use, support for mobile apps.

Nachteile:

Goal setting can be little more advanced and include OKRs

Kommentare: Generally the support team at AssessTEAM has been great with setup and implementation and ongoing support.

Vorteile:

We were not looking for a traditional Team Management Software we were looking for an existing system to manage and assess our core competencies and develop them. We found that AssessTEAM was a good start. The support team was able to create features that we wanted. We like that the reviewees can view their reviews in totality, other software is very much managment-facing. We needed something employee-facing.

Nachteile:

We had a few glitches that made it seem like we were Beta testing the software. It was a bit of a hassle. Luckily, the awesome support team was able to fix the problem in short order. I wish the system was a bit more configurable in terms of goal setting.

The ability to customize evaluations to assess performance for all types of business needs; performance reviews, key performance indicators, training assessments, monthly report updates and more. What allows AssessTEAM to stand apart from competitors: their business consulting support and assistance. They are around the world, yet assessment and attentive to assist with development or problem solving. Nachteile:

We would like to move data into a report format. Now we are able to pull KPI data via excel. Would be great if the data could feed into a reporting tool -- so AssessTEAM would be the one stop for update reports.

i wouldnt say con but a little draw back is that it does take some time to get to know the site and learn the ins and outs of the features.

AssessTeam for Evaluations

Kommentare: IT was a great solution to implemnet to cover Assessments modules for employees. Very helpful.

Vorteile:

Online version, lots of features for customization, flexibility

Nachteile:

import of files - in excel it is hard to read. There is no room in the profile of employee where we can leave comments and see history of additional feedbacks if we want to have such.

Steadily on it's way to becoming a top-tier product

Kommentare: I think the product has great potential if the UX and setup is cleaned up a bit. It'll work for our company at the moment due to its price point, but we might upgrade to another platform (potentially CultureAmp) once our team and our budget grows.

Vorteile:

The level of customization for reviews and goal setting.

Nachteile:

The UX design and the multiple steps required to setup a simple review. It has taken me more time than anticipated to customize the platform for my company and I've run into multiple roadblocks that I had to solve along the way.

reporting was not great, company wide views and ratings were not as useful as they could be.

I still need to practice using the reports feature, but so far so good.

Fantastic ride with AssessTeam

Kommentare: It was a beautiful experience, it enabled my organization receive great feedback which is positively impacting our policies, culture, work ethics and overall performance. Also, we received great support from the team,really patient and always ready to provide clarifications where necessary. I was truely a great ride with AssessTeam!!

Vorteile:

* This product gives room for organisation to customize to their preffered options and template * Its was user freindly and easy to navigate * I love that it gives evaluators the option to express other concerns in free text * Employees loved that is was anonymous which made them more comfortable to express themselves

Nachteile:

For some evaluators in my organization, while the evaluation interface was engaging as it should, for a few, the page appeared different and mumbled, I believe they would have had a better experience.
