The convenience of using mobile apps to do monthly reviews on the go is a bonus and the customer team support was very approachable. Looking to leverage other features like time tracking also in the coming months.

Why we love AssessTEAM at Epic Cardiovascular Staffing
Kommentare: I really like this software system for our performance evaluations. My division has used this for 3-4 years after originally using a different system. It takes a little while to get truly comfortable, but it has worked very well for us. I've built out our evaluation templates myself, and if that's something you're interested in, AssessTEAM allows you to do that.
Vorteile:
I'm able to configure my evaluation templates exactly the way I want, and can customize the system to send them out the way I want to. This software is very flexible, and allows you leeway to tailor it to your needs. We use these evaluations for joint commission certification, and I like the way the final evaluation is presented. I can easily create multiple templates for any job description I may have a need for.
Nachteile:
When I started with the system, it has so many features it's a little overwhelming. Luckily, my support person, [sensitive content hidden], was always available to help me, and over time taught me how to make the system do exactly what I want it to do. I can't stress enough how important customer support is for software like this, and [sensitive content hidden] has provided that expertise for me every single time I needed his help.

Kommentare: Overall, the support is fantastic. The staff is very helpful with questions and they are very respond really quickly.

the ability to send evaluations with quick access to all staff.
Nachteile:
i wouldnt say con but a little draw back is that it does take some time to get to know the site and learn the ins and outs of the features.
It's ok... not great
Kommentare: I'm not a huge fan. It's ok, but for the end user. It's difficult as an administrator to manage in public safety with frequent schedule/supervisor changes for employees.
Vorteile:
It is nice to have reminders of when you want employees to be evaluated. It's a central point to evaluate, send, discuss, and receive signatures from the employee.
Nachteile:
Set up is difficult. With change in the organization and it not being kept up with, I have to delete every evaluator from each employee and re assign every evaluator to an employee. This is HOURS of work. I ought to be able to great groups of employees and assign them that way. If it's possible, I'd like to know how.
