I finally found what I was searching for!

Vorteile:

The features are great and they actually work! After trying every software on capterra and more, FieldPulse allowed me to stop looking and get back to business. As an owner/operator I'm able to access the features I need in the field as well as the desktop. All the features are there in addition to many customization options. And the support is second to none. I've been able to get a human at all hours of the day and they are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Getting set up was a breeze and the support team guided me every step of the way (when needed). A slick gui AND good functionality? I'll take it.

Nachteile:

It could be more customizable, but isn't too limited. There are certain features that I'd like to see that aren't currently present, but then again no one does it all. And any software that had these features certainly lacked in most others. The team is also very responsive and interested in user feature requests. Sure, it's got it's bugs here and there. But when I mention one, the team usually knows about it and are on it already. That, or it was user malfunction.

A great product, that keeps getting better.

Kommentare: It has been great. The on boarding was good, the team is helpful. If I have a concern they are generally already in the process of addressing the issue. If you are planning on growing a service business FieldPulse would be a great choice.

Vorteile:

I like being able to have a smooth and consistent customer facing platform for my residential plumbing home service business. My branding and logo are part of every communication. I call display my options on job with my logo as well. When a customer pays a bill they get an email sent to the address on file. There is a lot of little features like that that make the process feel smooth and easy. Furthermore they have a much better pricing point compared to some of the systems. All in all FieldPulse is great it is going to get better and my company will be able to grow by using Fieldpuse.

Nachteile:

There is some lag of features that are available in the United States that are not yet available in Canada, which is tough, but they are actively working on this issue and most have a timeline to be addressed in the near future. This is the only major fault I have experienced.

Unethical Company

Kommentare: I would need app pages to describe the nightmare that this has been. There is a reason there is no feee trial and a reason it’s a year long commitment. Basically they promised me something 3 different times before I signed the contract that turned out not to be accurate. At first I asked for a solution only to be ignored. I would reach out for help. It would take days for anyone to respond and their response had no resolution. So I would reach out again and days or a week would go by without a response. Then I would get. Let me talk to my team. After a while of this I asked for a manager. Let’s just say 1 month later I have yet to speak to a Manager. They either ignore it or just lie. So now since they made assurances they did not keep I just want to be out of the contract because the software is useless to me. They said no. They want to hold me hostage and take my money for the next 11 months for a software I cannot use. Basically after you sign and get your onboarding you are on your own. I was supposed to get a customer success manager for help. Never did. Reached out multiple times asking why with no response. Any ethical company would just let me out of the contract so I can move on. They are not ethical. Do not sign this contract. You will be stuck. There are better options that are month to month

Vorteile:

Honestly nothing. Other software does everything better. Without a year long contract

Nachteile:

Customer service is non existent. Misleading Unethical Software is not what they say it is Integrations are terrible

Kommentare: I have enjoyed FieldPulse , it has made my job much easier from using pen and paper to inputting it all into a database. I do like that FieldPulse is always looking to the future.

Vorteile:

I like the fact that I can use it on my PC, my laptop, my telephone, and all the information is the same. I am a one person owner/office worker and it makes my job much easier.

Nachteile:

I would have to say some of the fees that are associated with some of the add-ons.

Excellent Data Management Program

Kommentare: Tremendous, in any relationship there are ups and downs especially when you change systems (there is always the negative what did we lose/what's different approach). The Fieldpulse team has worked diligently with our management team to mitigate the feeling of loss, which has allowed for the teams to focus on all the things we have gained. This has made the change management side of things much easier.

Vorteile:

The ease of data entry and communication with the customers is exceptional, our admin team loves how much time they save over our previous system.

Nachteile:

If I am being hyper critical, I find the reporting could use a few more field options to increase the data points you can compare. That being said the team at Fieldpulse has been exceptional at working with our organization to provide corrections and adjustments where necessary to make the program work more effectively for us. I am sure this is already on their radar, and will be enhanced.

It fit our company, has all the items we need plus a few we are going to start using. Also the chat feature has helped us tremendously.

One item I would like to add that is specific to my company. I think they are working on it!

Kommentare: From day one I loved what FieldPulse allowed us to accomplish. from the technical support during set up, to the ease of managing my business afterward. FieldPulse helped bring my business out of the Stone Ages.

It allowed me to pull my business into one software that helped me manage everything and intigrated seamlessly with QuickBooks.

Nachteile:

there was a learning curve with FieldPulse, but the staff was amazing and were there whenever we needed them to help.

Great software for contractors

Kommentare: Fieldpulse has been an overall great experience, and the team has taken great care of me over the years. Would definitely recommend them to any other contractors. As it is, I've gotten 2-3 other contractors to sign up in the past.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, intuitive software and a great team behind it that is always ready to help.

Nachteile:

The mobile app is slightly less intuitive than working at a computer, but I feel like that's just a problem for me. The app itself is really good, just has a few less features than the web version.

An upgrade from our previous CRM program

Kommentare: My experience overall with FieldPulse has been mostly positive. I think the software is a good fit for the company as it has improved productivity and is definitely an upgrade from our previous software. There are some small issues we run into here and there, but I have faith that the FieldPulse team will address and fix them, as they have done for us before.

Vorteile:

I like the automation and customer communication features. I also like that the software is relatively easy to use with no learning curve.

Nachteile:

I think the reporting feature could use a little improvement. I like the wide-range of reports you are able to pull, but it takes a little long to load larger reports.

Kommentare: Overall I have had a good experience with Fieldpulse other than the little glitches that happen. Some of these have been fixed and the Fieldpulse team is very good at communicating and working with you to diligently fix an issues that come up. I also really appreciated that the Fieldpulse team added some features that our business needs that are not normally part of the software.

Vorteile:

I deal with purchasing and creating purchase orders. I like that it is so easy to create PO's with the software and even easier to receive them. Just a matter of changing the status and updating the POs as necessary. It is also a lot easier to create invoices with Fieldpulse and collect payment. They recently added the feature to save credit cards for future payments and that saves a lot of time and hassle for the both our business and the customer as well. Lastly, The support that Fieldpulse provides is amazing! they are quick to respond and always keep you updated on all the changes happening.

Nachteile:

There is a glitch when searching up customers. I will search up a specific customer and click on that customer but the software will take me to a different profile. Its easy to work around as you just have to search again and it will be fine. But its something that you will have to pay attention when dealing with different profiles. Although I will say since we have started using fieldpulse and it has had a few updates it has happened significantly less. Still happens once in a blue moon but the frequency has decreased over time.

Kommentare: I have had a phenomenal experience with FieldPulse so far! There are so many useful features and the support has been amazing. FieldPulse definitely gives my customers the professional and convenient experience they deserve. As my company grows, I’m looking forward to integrating even more of the features that are available with FieldPulse has to offer.

Vorteile:

I love the pricebook and being able to set up templates along with inventory capabilities. These things are much more makes my life a lot easier running this business by myself.

Nachteile:

The only issue I had is that the customer interface portal for scheduling does not block off my already scheduled appointments automatically. The other software I was looking into did not have that capability either. But this is not a big complaint because there is a new update that will integrate exactly what I’m looking for coming in a few weeks.

While understandable since FP is designed for a wide area of businesses, I would like more customizable features to suit our needs. But we still make it work.

Kommentare: Listen other platforms customer service at best is less than mediocre. You don't get one person reaching out, you have several people reaching wit patience and understanding. They want to know the way that you do things and then they walk you through the way your process can work in the platform not ounce not twice. But as many times as you need. Your success is theirs. Truly.

Vorteile:

FieldPulse checks 90% of all the boxes in almost any industry you are working.

Nachteile:

My work flow is different So it took an understanding of the software operations to make it work for me. And I'm being nit picky.

Kommentare: Fantastic. Field Pulse gives me 90% of the functionality of other competing softwares, at 1/3 of the cost.

Vorteile:

Field Pulse is the lowest cost option in our industry and the simple setup is as quick and simple.

Nachteile:

UI could use some improvement and I’d love more customizable options, like custom fields that could be used in report building.

Vorteile:

My company has been using field pulse since the start of the year and I have been impressed. A bit of a bumpy start as you would expect when a company switches applications but the Field Pulse team has been very responsive and helpful. Field pulse is continuously trying to add featured that make our job easier. Andrew on the field Pulse team has been really helpful.

Nachteile:

At the moment I don't have and dislikes. There are the occasional bugs that can disrupt the work flow but they are short lived.

Getting in touch with staff was very easy and all done pretty quickly which I liked. Also having the chat feature available all the time really helps me out with quick answers.

FieldPulse is very user friendly and has great features and add-ons which is critical for a small business like mine. I have coaching with [sensitive content hidden] who is very friendly and professional and uses her time to answer questions and communicate effectively with me.
