Kommentare: Schlecht. Ich habe 50€ gezahlt in der Hoffnung ein kleines bisschen mehr Aufmerksamkeit zu bekommen, um mein Anfangskonfig richtig hinzubekommen, nachdem das Tool viele Fehler aufwies, aber leider ohne Erfolg, der Service ist nicht besser geworden. Ich musste mir sogar am Ende eines Telefonats mit einer Premium Support Mitarbeiterin sagen lassen (nach 3Min19Sek), dass ich bitte nächste Mal weniger Fragen stelle. What???!!

Vorteile:

Das sie in Spanien präsent sind. Wenn Lexware oder Lexofffice das wäre, hätte ich niemals HOLDED genutzt

Many features are really basic, only one option to run proccess. Chat support is really unconfortable, you have to wait for an answers, no option to talk with an agent.

A por más mejoras

Kommentare: Es muy ágil y cada vez vemos más mejoras y novedades. Hay videos explicativos que te ayudan y se puede sincronizar con infinidad de aplicaciones. Las facturas recurrentes que puedes convertir a factura en dos pasos son geniales.

Vorteile:

El poder trabajar desde cualquier lado y la sincronización con otros programas y medios de pago

Nachteile:

Las plantillas de importación. Por ejemplo para emitir facturas a través de plantillas, no se aplica correctamente a los contactos existentes coincidentes en nif/nombre y duplica contacto en lugar de asignar al existente. Complicación para aumentar el número de dígitos de cuentas contables cuando llegas al tope.

Sencillo, potente, fiable y vistoso

Kommentare: Buena experiencia. Venía de Sage y hay un gran salto. Te da una buena imagen ante clientes.

Vorteile:

Es muy intuitivo, facil de manejar y con constantes mejoras.

Nachteile:

Los precios han ido subiendo bastante con el tiempo. Hay muchas funciones que no utilizo y estoy pagando por ellas.

¿Queres ser rico? Usa Holded

Kommentare: Súper recomendable. Soy de letras y me he movido como pez el el agua en holded. Es un sistema que permite tener la contabilidad a la orden del día con un programa completamente automatizado y con ua comodidad y facilidad de gestión brutal.

Vorteile:

La facilidad operacional y la gran capacidad de reducir el esfuerzo contable.

Nachteile:

El no poder editar un almacén, una vez creada la factura (por decir).

Herramienta absolutamente necesaria para la gestión de tu empresa.

Kommentare: Muy buena, lo recomiendo a todos nuestros contactos por la cantidad de funcionalidades y mejoras continuas que tiene la herramienta.

El apartado de proyectos y gestor de proyectos aún necesita mejorar con funcionalidades de notificaciones, subtareas, etc...

¡Holded llegó para simplificar y sintentizar !

Kommentare: Holded llegó para simplificar y sintentizar en un sólo CRM , los aplicativos que teníamos para las distintas operativas, es decir, contabilidad, recursos humanos, análisis de ventas, nóminas, proyectos y tesorería, entre otros, siendo eficaz y eficiente en el desarrollo de las actividades de la empresa, lo que hace tener la información al momento para la toma de desiciones de la empresa.

Vorteile:

Que reune en un sólo CRM , varios aplicativos operativos de la empresa .

Nachteile:

A veces, la sincronización de las tarjetas de crédito de los bancos, no imprtaq todos los movimientos del extracto bancario, por lo que muchas veces hay que importar los movientos que faltan de manera manual.

Un ERP para todos los tamaños

Kommentare: Es una plataforma que, poco a poco va mejorando. Me gusta su espíritu de mejora inspirada en las observaciones de los clientes.

Vorteile:

La gestión integral de los recursos en una plataforma moderna y visualmente atractiva. En particular el módulo para preparar y presentar impuestos.

Nachteile:

La navegación a través de las páginas es tediosa, no existen rutas intuitivas y hay que volver para atrás desde el navegador de google y repetir la ruta de una manera poco práctica.

Kommentare: Muy positiva, es el primer software contable que uso, para mi actividad con mi cliente le doy soporte con su software contable, y he podido experimentar las diferencias entre ambos.

Vorteile:

Es muy intuitiva, las funcionales de integración son muy útiles

Nachteile:

Me faltaría una funcionalidad más avanzada para la gestión de nóminas, no solamente contable, sino de cálculo según los nuevos convenios, leyes, actualizaciones de tablas de IRPF y Seguridad Social, etc.

De los mejores softwares que he probado!

Kommentare: He utilizado Holded con 3 empresas diferentes, desde empresas de 200k de facturación hasta empresas de 2,5M, y siempre me ha ido genial!!

Vorteile:

Puedes llevar la contabilidad de tu negocio sin tener muchos conocimientos de contabilidad. Abarca todas las necesidades, desde introducir gastos capturando imágenes desde el móvil, hasta potentes informes de resultados.

Nachteile:

Algunas características extras, como el cashflow o el escáner de documentos, estaría genial que estuviera en cuotas más básicas, aunque ya tienes muchas funcionalidades muy potentes.

Práctica e integral para PYME

Kommentare: Es práctica y segura. Su interfaz es sencillo. Puedes gestionar tu PYME en un solo lugar. Todo organizado. Todo centralizado. Buen soporte técnico. Para mí es imprescindible a día de hoy.

Vorteile:

Su interfaz y que toda la gestión de tu empresa está integrada. Facilita la vida de un director financiero de empresa de una PYME. Desde una meta tarea administrativa a tomar decisiones estratégicas.

Nachteile:

Ir de atrás a hacia adelante y viceversa es lento. No vas al último filtro o movimiento que has hecho por lo que ralentiza el discurrir por el programa. Yo debo tener varias pestañas abiertas para ir más rápido.

La única opción para agilizar mi dia a dia

Es una plataforma que encaja con mis necesitades y que evoluciona constantemente sus funcionalidades

Nachteile:

Algun detalle muy concreto: posibilidades que el programa podría ofrecer y no lo hace. Por ejemplo, personalizar el catalogo segun cliente, mas posibilidades de personalizacion de las plantillas, exportar en excel los productos vendidos de cada cliente, etc.

Una herramienta indispensable y la mejor opción que conozco

La facilidad para tener el histórico de presupuestos, sus facturas derivadas y el control de pagos.

Nachteile:

Lo úrico que no me ha gustado es el limite de proveedores en la suscripción para autónomos, que es muy limitado y he tenido que pasarme a un plan de empresa.

When asking for vacations, the admins do not receive any notification about it, you have to manually ask them to accept the request. Also, the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] complains about the difficulty of uploading payrolls (he has to upload one by one, filling a lot of fields).

Kommentare: I think I have more internal organization regarding the interviews and potential candidates.

I can keep track of every candidate, interview, hiring, etc

Nachteile:

It is not very intuitive, and you must have specific rolls with features so you are able to do every action on it.
