Kommentare: We have implemented InnerTrends on 5 SaaS products so far and we are finally able to pinpoint and prioritize the biggest growth opportunity for each product without having to be a data scientist. This has helped to align our teams around growing the most important areas of each product and has led to much better bottom-line results.
Vorteile:
The InnerTrends team helps to identify the most important data to track and validates it so we know everything that is being tracked is 100% accurate. It's the only tool we found that this is true and has shown to be extremely important. It is also the best tool we have found at helping us truly pinpoint the biggest growth opportunity within a product's user analytics without us having to be a data scientist. This has proven invaluable for determining product-led growth opportunities and helping with healthy SaaS growth.
Nachteile:
It takes a couple of weeks to get set up since the data needs to be validated. However, this is still worth it as nothing is worse than making decisions based on bad data.

The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to access the comprehensive user behavior data we need. The reports and visualization options are extensive and extremely helpful for identifying key trends and insights in my data. We're very happy as we were able to detect multiple issues in our product:
- the drop-off point in the onboarding process
- the difference in product usage based on the source of the traffic/acquisition channel which led to specific fixes in the product for specific users
It also helped us in identifying the north star metric and making sure it is a determining factor in user's success.
Vorteile:
Probably the most important aspect of the platform is the fact that it comes with real feedback/conclusions which is an extremely important thing in the day to day business. You don't have to take the numbers to someone else and wait for them for weeks to give you actionable insights, this is included in the platform. Saves time, saves energy, saves money while helping you optimise and improve multiple aspects of your platform. We even use the platform to see other insights that our A/B testing tool does not cover and neither does our internal tracking. It is definitely the most important platform in our marketing technology stack.
Nachteile:
It is time consuming to implement and then you need to make sure that any changes you make in your platform does not affect the tracking. On the other hand, improving your tracking will be reflected in Innertrends so they will be able to give you better insights.

A truly actionable product analytics tool
Kommentare: Overall this is the best product analytics tool on the market and there is really nothing else out there quite like it that I know of.
Vorteile:
After installing InnerTrends we have been able to get a much better understanding of our customers. We have leveraged the reports for growth experiments and have integrated with many tools to trigger timely marketing actions. We use InnerTrends as the central analytics tool to find new opportunities and base our growth decisions.
Nachteile:
The tool is extremely in depth. The reports are generated for you and all data is validated so you can be confident they are accurate. However, you still need a bit of understanding of data and how to interpret it within the reports to get the most out of the tool.

InnerTrends have been amazing to work with. Handheld us through onboarding, and always keen to get involved in the data to define our biggest growth opportunities and measure optimisation efforts.
Additionally, a huge bonus is InnerTrends connects to our multiple 3rd party applications, which free's up our development resources and allows us to focus on our product roadmap.
As a business, implementing the tool forced us to be crystal clear about the main reasons customers use our product and the actions that help our customers achieve those reasons. This narrowed our focus tremendously and aligned our entire team.

The product is the heartbeat of our business. It enables us to truly understand how our customers are engaging with our product and through every part of our funnel. This means we can define how quickly customers reach specific goals, how effective we are at delivering on our promise and our ability to retain our customers. Through this we can understand where our biggest growth opportunities are, allow us to prioritise accordingly and measure our efforts to optimise effortlessly. Our sales efforts have benefited tremendously as we're able to use product engagement to define how qualified a potential customer is and when the most appropriate time is to upgrade. Without it we are honestly flying an aeroplane in the dark, blind and without any instruments.
Nachteile:
The product requires a technical person to implement but the highly experienced InnerTrends team work closely with you throughout the process.

it helps to extract information from data without using a data scientist - the platform enabled us to organize an optimization flow with clients. - it's an excellent tool for adding clarity in metrics (what I measure, why, and how). - great support - a new way in data analytics, in a world where we are familiar with fast food data platforms like Google Analytics.
Nachteile:
- It would help if you were very careful to check what you are tracking and data quality - otherwise, the processed data will not help you. - It takes a little bit to learn the interface - but once it happens is ok.
Excellent insight into how customers ACTUALLY use your product

It's like having a BA team within your organisation, awesome for getting answers to those questions you have always wondered about.
Nachteile:
Interface could do with a little modernising and a refresh but nothing major.
Turn Chaos into Clear Product Direction
Kommentare: There really is nothing else like this. It's not event-based analytics, or some super customizable mess. It is simply the only tool I need as a product-led growth manager to quickly figure out our Northstar metrics, customer pain points and product roadmap.
Vorteile:
There's no painful setup, configuration or report building. All I need to do is find the question I'm asking and the answer are displayed in clear and plain English. Yup, this analytical tool actually interprets the data and gives you the insight you were looking for in English! Not just numbers or graphs. For example, I have a client who wants to increase their onboarding conversion rate. All we had to do was look at that question, "What % of users are not completing onboarding?" and it was very clear what step was broken in their process.
Nachteile:
It's not quite self-serve. You do need to work with them to set it up. They do most of the work, but you can't just drop a snippet into your app. You do need to think through what actions need tracking and define that upfront.

You can deep dive into a lot of questions. It's easy to understand. It was built with people in mind and it doesn't take a data scientist to use it.

Some of the buttons might be a bit hidden or hard to find.
