Great alternative to Buffer

Kommentare: Overall, I could definitely recommend NapoleonCat to other SaaS businesses looking to cover all things social media in 1 app. I especially like the inbox/commenting feature to be able to see and reply to messages and comments. Instagram scheduler is also one of my favorites!

Vorteile:

For a SaaS like CloudTalk, social medias aren't the #1 priority but still they play an important part in the marketing mix. That's why we've decided to look for a solution to manage our social media accounts more efficiently. Obviously Buffer was our initial choice but when looking more into alternatives, we found NapoleonCat to be the perfect fit.

Nachteile:

It's hard to think of something that I dislike. All is looking very promising so far.

Love the features of this product, how it saves time with automation and gives employees more time to focus on other tasks and allowing them to complete more tasks.

A lot of great features but with a lot of features come a learning curves to get the hang of using them all effectively.

It's easy to learn and use, so it's good for large teams with employee rotation.

Nachteile:

Doesn't support X (Twitter), Kick and Twitch analytics or publishing.

NapoleonCat makes my daily work easier

Vorteile:

I use NapoleonCat in my agency work and my work would be very difficult without this tool. We work with several brand profiles at the same time and with NapoleonCat it is very easy and problem-free. I like that I can easily switch between projects and have everything in one place. In case of errors, support is very helpful and responds quickly.

Nachteile:

The biggest problem is that sometimes a profile gets detached from NapoleonCat and then you have to moderate it manually. There could be some kind of message when a profile disconnects, so that you would notice it quickly.

The mobile app need some work, but we were assured it's under construction and new version will be published soon.

I particularly find the reporting module to be a game-changer, greatly expediting the task of generating summaries. I'd like to give a shoutout to their exceptional customer support team, who consistently go above and beyond to resolve any challenges that may come up.

Nachteile:

In our day-to-day operations, one of the hurdles we encounter involves the moderation of sponsored content, particularly when it's being promoted by a rival agency. We anticipate that the Meta API will eventually enable us to simplify this procedure.

The tool is sometimes a bit laggy, but that occurs really rarely.

Vorteile:

NapoleonCat helps me manage messages and create activity report. I like the ability to generate data in bulk and the ability to segregate messages. NapoleonCat is very intuitive, you can easily learn how to use it.

Nachteile:

I don'tt have enough data to analyze the period of the whole month (30-31 days). It would be nice if you collected data instead of generating 28 days, because this data does not reflect achievements.

Kommentare: Is the easiest tool I could find to improve community management tasks, especially when there are a lot of comments asking for information and you don't have the budget to hire a sophisticated system or chatbot.

Is very easy to use and saves you a lot of time answering comments and inboxes.

Nachteile:

I don't like that I can't respond to comments on Instagram directly to inbox as I can do on Facebook.

great tool for social media managers

Kommentare: We have purchased Napoleon due to several social media projects run at the time. It was well spent money, although the product is not the cheapest one. Intuitive interface, fast help desk and crystal reports make this app worth every penny. Strongly recommended!

It is very easy to access an extensive set of metrics about you and your competitor’s social profiles. On top of that, you can coordinate all of your social profiles from one dashboard meaning it is easy to coordinate campaigns across all of your channels.

Nachteile:

I haven’t found anything so far that is a problem.
