Vorteile:

This software is very user friendly, it's easy on the eyes and very simple to navigate. It runs really smoothly. I have only been using it for about 5 months so I haven't ventured into certain aspects.

Nachteile:

There are a few features that are wanting. Seeing/sorting screen fails, separating new submissions of imaging from ones that have already been downloaded, quick buttons to visit forms.

I like the ease of building, and the support received. The response time from the help desk is second to none.

It would be nice to have another table set up option.

Vorteile:

I do not like it at all. I have used many different electronic data capture form programs. This is one of the very worst. It is not user friendly; it is cumbersome to use. I hate it.

Nachteile:

Not user friendly.Cumbersome.Fields have incorrect decimal places or choices.

Good Platform with minor improvements still needed

Kommentare: Overall I would say customer service support was very good and I was easily able to pull out important data. I would only say that during set-up, I would spend extra time to ensure all the forms are accurate and create individual forms

I enjoyed how user friendly the platform was and the ease of creating reports was an excellent feature

Nachteile:

I did not like that forms were not individually created. This created a lot of issues for us in the long run, as when you want to edit a single form at a certain timepoint, it ends up changing all the timepoints that use this same form

Kommentare: It has been very easy to learn how to create forms in Greenlight Guru Clinical. The staff involved in training us were very helpful not only during organised training sessions but also via email where they were very quick to answer any questions we had. They have been key in making sure everything has been done efficiently when time is valuable.

Vorteile:

It is very easy to design Electronic Case Report Forms using Greenlight Guru Clinical. The variety of question and answer types has made it very quick and efficient to tailor forms to how we want them to be presented. Other features such as adding validation rules are also very easily implemented making the process very straightforward.

Nachteile:

Reminders for participants to complete forms are currently sent automatically, it would be ideal if reminders could be sent manually too.
