Kommentare: OpenProject verfolgt das Pareto Prinzip in Perfektion. 80 % der Features sind da und reichen tatsächlich auch für den Betrieb aus. Vieles der letzten 20 % existiert bereits in der Community als Feature Request und muss "nur noch" implementiert werden. Dabei handelt es sich oftmals um sehr kleine Details, die technisch schon für anderes Feldtypen vorhanden sind, aber nicht konsistent für alle.

Nachteile:

Im Kanbanboard fehlen Swimlanes.Benutzerbenachrichtigungen für benutzerdefinierte Benutzerfelder fehlen.Spalten für die Darstellung der Unteraufgabenbeziehung fehlen.Automatisierte Workflows fehlen.Die Filter sind bei weitem nicht so flexibel und mächtig wie die JQL bei Jira.

OpenProject als Studentischer Verein

Kommentare: Nur kleine Problemchen. Super Funktionsumfang und einfach zu bedienen, nachdem man die zwar kurze, aber steile Lernkurve zur Konfiguration überstanden hat.

Vorteile:

Aufgabenplanung ist super. Hoher Funktionsumfang.Support schnell und hilfreich.

Nachteile:

Wenig integration zu Office Apps/Outlook. Nur als Webpage verfügbar.

Sehr nützliches Tool

Kommentare: Als Gesamtpaket unglaublich nützlich, und als Gemeinnütziger Verein ist das Sponsoring extrem hilfreich.Alternativen sind für uns unbezahlbar.Allerdings merkt man häufig auch die Qualitätsdifferenz zu etablierteren Tools. Es gibt häufig Fehler-Flashscreens auf der Homepage, sowie keine native Handyapp. Alles in allem aber 8/10

Funktioniert genau so wie man es erwartet ohne irgendwelchen Schnickschnack.

Nachteile:

Am Anfang ist es relativ schwer sich zurechtzufinden.Programmierbare Filter für die Gesamtübersicht der Work-Packages wären sehr nice

Vorteile:

I like the flexibility it gives us during project's lifecycle. We are free to make any necessary changes when needed without interfering with the projects deadlines by changing task prioritization, reassigning tasks and allocating more time to urgent tasks. With OpenProject our projects have been more interactive and fun! and it's now impossible to meet deadlines. Another aspect that I find extremely handy is how it supports diverse projects from different industries thanks to lots of customization options available. I think OpenProject is on the right track of claiming a top spot in the project management spectrum.

Nachteile:

So far it has been a great tool, but I can't wait to see what future improvements they have in store for us.

OpenProject was the most influential implementation in 2020. I like that I access a lot of features under one dashboard. Project management, Gantt and time tracking are the most iconic tools so far.

Nachteile:

OpenProject suits all my needs without any complications.

Project management at the tip of your fingers

Kommentare: We tried OpenProject to track the progress of our research projects, which are distributed in nature as they are composed of different partners in different institutions. OpenProject is a solid solution for that, easy to use and with a rich set of features.

Vorteile:

It was super fast to insert and organize the tasks/milestones for our project. The interface is so intuitive that we didn't even need to take the introductory tutorial. This lowers the adoption effort for all members of a team and therefore makes it more likely for them to be consistent users, rather than stopping updating the project after a while. The board feature is complete and useful to have.

Nachteile:

The only thing we didn't find so intuitive was how to export the graphical representation of the GANTT chart, which we might want to have to put in presentations & co. Minor issue though.

Kommentare: My overall experience has been absolutely great. OpenProject has been cost effective tool that has enabled us to finalize on most of our clients projects effectively efficiently without wasting much time.

Vorteile:

Currently i am working on with a small team of 10 members and we are working on multiple major projects for our clients. It's eminent we complete the projects on time and give it all we can. Using OpenProject as our main project management tool has brought a huge boost on how we are handling and managing the projects efficiently. OpenProject has the best robust and reliable features which are making everything fall into place and we are almost being done with some of the projects. It's been easy to track the team performance in real-time and able to know what's going on pretty well and and what not. It's a flexible tool that we use it on any operating system and have the controls tools which enables us to take full control of our clients projects effectively.

Nachteile:

The support team has been very exceptional and responsive at times but at times due to high number of clients who needs assistance they are a bit slow. Nevertheless everything else is super dope.
