We have raised this formally with Epos Now under support ticket \[sensitive content hidden\] and currently seeking clarification on: \* The contractual clause relied upon for the increase \* Whether termination is permitted without penalty \* Access to the sales call recording where pricing was discussed This has been a frustrating experience for a small business, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering these services ensures all prices assurances are confirmed in writing, particularly for fixed-term contracts.
