The best way to get a moving quote.

Vorteile:

No one has to come into my house to give me a moving quote and the sales rep was enjoyable to work with.

Nachteile:

Little to no cons about this software besides that the app won't pack and move all of my stuff for me.

Very sceptical at first, but it did not take long to see the value and proper use of it!

Vorteile:

Efficient tool to utilize at any given time. Easy accessible from whenever an at any time. Pretty straightforward.

Nachteile:

The interface needs more tinkering. I would like to see in future a way to share a customer file with either a prospect or customer.

Shyft Moving Company has charged me over 2000 USD in "extra fees" without my consent

Kommentare: The experience I have had with Shyft Moving was extremely negative. I have never, in my life, dealt with a company as broken and inexperienced in their own field of expertise. It almost seemed like I was responsible for contacting the movers, packing, co-coordinating the move, and then was charged a couple thousand dollars for my own work.
The agents were not helpful, they did not inform me at all what my responsibilities were (when to be at the destination, what was included in the quotes, whether or not we needed extra services) until it was too late. They really seems to lure you in with fake promises like "our delivery window is only 3 days", "you don't need to pay for extra services" and then after you paid the deposit all the "extra costs" come rolling in, and they hit you with the "well you agreed to our terms and conditions".

My experience with Shyft Moving was nothing but negative.

Nachteile:

- Shyft Moving Company charged me over 1000 USD in "extra fees" on top of the original quote even though they promised those services would not be required - They were 2 weeks late of the delivery window because they failed to notify me that I needed to be present in the US 2 weeks BEFORE the delivery date, so the movers put my belongings into storage until I crossed the border, and charged me ANOTHER 1000 USD in storage fees - There was no communication being made to me when they put it into storage, or what I needed to do during the move, the only communication that was very clear was when they billed me - The whole process was very messy, many representatives gave us contradictory statements, quotes were made extremely slowly, agents did not seem very experienced with concerns and questions. I was very confused in why this company could operate and exist.

Don't have to bother with who's coming into house to make the moving quotation since everything is done over quick video chat. It's very easy to use.

You do not have stranger in the house but you still have a pleasant and professional person to guide you through the process.

The only problem is that app itself won't pack my staff or move them on my behalf. Everything else is great.

Another chatbot provider

Vorteile:

SurveyBot is a good chatbot platform makes it easy to create a interactive questionnaire for Facebook.

Nachteile:

It has a small scope (which may be expected) and, since I needed to use it in another language, it didn't meet my requirements.
