Vorteile:

Sehr übersichtlich sowie sehr viele Funktionen die enormes Zeitersparnis bringen.

Nachteile:

Ich sehe hier aktuell noch keine Nachteile.

Kommentare: It is quite intuitive and if you have experience with other systems you adapt quickly.

Vorteile:

It is really designed for Vacation Rentals and has a very user-friendly functionality compared to other similar products. I love the functions with regard to financial reporting and owners. It's amazing.

Nachteile:

It would be nice to be able to manage more rates in the Booking Engine and to have the possibility to translate the content ourselves as well as different languages for the system (as well as being able to change the format of the dates). The calendar and the price editing functions are good but they are missing some small details.

Warum Hostaway gewählt wurde: It was not me, but one of my clients. The main reason was that they needed a professional and "all in one" property management system.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu Hostaway: I have been following the webinars on youtube for some time now and I was particularly intrigued by the ability and desire to improve and continue to innovate.

Good software

Vorteile:

Complete software, if you’re starting you don’t need anything else

Nachteile:

The UI is cluncky, it’s a mess even on everyday use

This company is horrible.

Kommentare: This company is horrible. They will promise you alot try to have you sign up start charging you right away but never provide any service. They get me sign up free trail in June and already charge me $915 per month for June, July, august and sept without any services. I talked to the sale rep name [sensitive content hidden]. he promised with credit back to me, but this morning i saw they charge me again. so please be careful with them, they are not honesty, best service, it not worthy even they convince you go cheap, be very careful.

Vorteile:

nothing. to like about this company. sign up give them your credit card then they run away. they will keep charge to your credit card every month

Nachteile:

horrible, horrible, not honest, bad service, cheating. lucky that i did not cancel my previous company.

Kommentare: I was worried about the cost, but going back over what I spent on other software companies, the price is actually just fine. I was annoyed that I couldn't start the process on my own, and had to wait a week, but my onboarder
Fatih Govercin was extremely helpful. He was patient and quick. He met me at my ability level.

Vorteile:

It has all the features I need, and more.

Nachteile:

Takes awhile to get set up. I signed up and had to wait a week to start the onboarding process (trust me, it's needed).

Warum Hostaway gewählt wurde: I switched to Hosthub because I liked it's features. I was worried about guest integration because they didn't have VRBO inbox options. THey assured me it would be coming and they sent emails instead. Sure enough, my VRBO guests got left behind as emails were not sent, and since they do not send notifications, it took me way to long to know when something was wrong.
