Kommentare: A chance to voice a couple of things....

Vorteile: Pretty easy to get around, download support material and get an idea where a client is at with the three month comparison -Top performers/Top Opportunities.

Nachteile: It can be a little clunky sometimes. Examples: 1st - Always opening on Issue Activity and not Other Activity, (Notifications, or visitations list) There should be an alarm notice for issues as they are a priority but the main reason is to keep on top of how & where your reps are performing and how they are dealing with day to day client visits so I don't think it should be the opening page on the dashboard. 2nd - When you need to do a quick search for your reps full day on the dashboard, 10 (notifications) visitations are shown. You load more which adds 10 more visitations. All good. You then look into details on a visitation in that second 10 and then go back into your visitation list, it then reverts back to the original 10 and if you want to look at a visit in the second list of 10, you have to load more again. Why can't it just go back to the 20 you were looking at? Does this make sense? I don't want to have to create an excel every time I want to look at more than just the last 10 visits. I have 2 full time reps and sometimes just need a quick perusal. 3rd - Parts Sales & Credits downloads. If a customer has dual account numbers, house & Capricorn accounts entered into their information data, is the system supposed to pick up either and/or both? We get a few anomalies every time we download sales & credit data. I update the customer data but it still happens and this does not give me a true sales history on some customers. Like I said, minor irritations.

Kommentare: As a company we never used a CRM prior to Field Force. It has offered our Reps an easy way to access their customers and potential customers. Field Force has also enabled us to make informed decisions regarding our Reps territories and to focus on the most important customers in our business.

Vorteile: Opening doors for those Reps which choose to utilise the program to its capacity and to give us the advantage over our competitors.

Kommentare: FieldForce makes our day easier from both a representative point of view and management tact by placing information at our fingertips. Though we are in our infancy with its usage and still learning the finer details of the system, so far, FieldForce has presented itself as a valuable ally in the domain of customer retention management. Uploading up to date sales figures for the reps along with special offers or information bulletins are amongst the simple tasks used day to day. The configuration of this info allows us to see where our opportunities or threats lay and visitation issues are handled at the source or recorded for immediate follow up. All in all a very good package. We are looking forward to the start-up of FTP (File Transfer Protocol) which will enable us to auto update our sales data via our DMS, once in place, this will make information sharing between management & representatives even easier.

Kommentare: Before getting this product, my parts rep would spend a lot of down time trying to decide which customer/suburb to visit. Now with Field Force he can now easily plan his weekly, monthly or yearly schedule with the tap of the tablet. This has freed him up to concentrate on cold calling, building relationships and most of all selling parts. There really are too many fantastic features to mention with this product, but being able to track your customers sales and have a projection of where your sales will be by the end of the month is just one.
I have to also commend Andrew and his team for their on going support. Not only are they updating and working to enhance this product through feedback, but Andrew himself has an intimate understanding of the parts business.
If you do not implement this product into your parts department, your parts rep and your business will be missing out.

Kommentare: I very much like the portable accessibility of essential client visit reports. It is fantastic for my Sales Representative to be able to note issues and record information and relevant pictures or documents for orders or issues. As a manager the ability to download site visits onto Excel makes it much quicker to work with, see patterns and form decisions. This also makes it easy and quick for someone who has not been at a particular site to prepare for the visit. Easier data uploading and synergy between Field Force and our DMS is something that I look forward to. It would also be handy for the Admin Panel to be able to make visit notes on customer records for reps to be able to refer to.
