DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE! There are many other POS companies that you'll be much better off with.
Vorteile: There's a lot of buttons, so your employees can waste plenty of time trying to figure out the issues they'll encounter each day.
Nachteile: #1 - Horrific Customer Service - I can't express just how stupendously bad their customer service is. They took 1 week to respond on average to each of our service calls. When they did call, the only addressed one issue at a time. When you have the same issue over and over again, they tell you that you'll need to call each time the issue presents itself instead of just fixing the software bug that causes reoccurring issue. The POS software malfunctions daily. The inventory portion of the software is incorrect constantly and they have no explanation or solution for it. DO NOT trust your business with this software.

Kommentare: Where to start. No sub ledgers, bank rec's batch CC payments by terminal so monthly bank recs are a guessing game. Do you want to use FIFO or LIFO??? Well, that's too bad cause Clubsoft makes you use weighted Avg. Seriously that's the worst of all possible worlds. Oh and if you wanted the inventory value to calculate correctly then you are out of luck. Credit books were broken for 2 years before they finally patched in a fix. However, in that time they did add some fancy graphics. Did you want a tutorial to show you how to use a feature? Sure they have those, the problem is they are from 5 years and 6000 patches ago when the software was completely different. Would you like to print out member statements in a timely fashion? Well, I hope you don't get the "see inner exceptions bug" cause that will take them two days to resolve. Oh here's one, the software allows you to save the CVV number on CC. Let me say that again YOU CAN SAVE THE CVV NUMBER!!! That's like day one PCI compliance, no no's. The software feels like it was designed by a company that knows accounting is a thing, that people do, and that's about it. Don't even get me started on the patches. Seriously they are weekly now... That in itself is not a bad thing, but the make the bazaarest banal changes imaginable while leaving in huge bugs. For example, you add a new item. That requires you to exit the center program and log back in! How is that a thing? Furthermore, let's say you figured out a clever way to work around a system limitation such as splitting server tips (Yeah they don't have a way to split tips unless you are like me and figure out a workaround) Your guess is a good as mine if that will work from one week to the next. Maybe they fix it, maybe they don't, maybe they take this away, only to add it in next week. On Mondays, we call it the Bubba Gump system, cause you never know what you are gonna get. It feels like the programmers are just programming to stay busy. Critical bugs remain, while "features" are added, with no coherence and no roadmap. I have tried to explain to them that most accountants would rather have a broken system that we KNOW how to use as opposed to a system that changes weekly. You will know what I mean if you ever play around this system and see all the "dead" buttons and fields. Come on that's programming 101 remove the user fields if it no longer works.
Vorteile: Its a jack of all trades.
