Most comprehensive party-plan software on the market - especially for the cost.
Kommentare: The biggest benefit is reduced manual time spent running reports, tracking orders, calculating inventory and trouble-shooting with the field. Literally hours of time is now spent on growing our company versus administrative work.
Vorteile: The Xennsoft software allows us to do all the things we need. The Xennsoft team listened to our requests to create something that is unparalleled to anything else we found. It calculates Ambassador (Hostess) rewards, commission tracking, pay-out through the system, replicated websites, reporting, and we can control a lot of it through the back end. It's very simple and is vital to our business.
Nachteile: It would make our customers' experience smoother if they could search for their sales rep from the shopping cart.

The party plan functionality is invaluable!
Kommentare: It's changed the way we do business, the software is a one stop shop for everything from new consultant enrollment, customer orders, order and commission tracking, team office visibility for our consultants, and financial processes for our accounting team. **for company size, I've included our consultant team, our home office is 10 employees**
Vorteile: We are able to run our entire business from enrollee to deactivation with this product. The software has been customized so our individual sales consultants are able to run their own business, enter party orders, see party totals, enable people who aren't at the party to add their orders to specific parties, the system totals the host rewards, and tracks commissions. We're able to pay people jewelry credits and commissions, and they have the autonomy to request funds be transferred to their banks when it works best for them. Everything about the party plan is business changing!!!
Nachteile: Intially...being a new software (beta), there were problems with the system that would be fixed by your development team and then would cause problems again. The checkout system was very clunky at first. We had so many problems with our roll out that the customer service team, although very effective, wasn't able to keep up with our continuous stream of problem requests and tickets, those major problems didn't die down until approximately 7 months after launch. Now, my least favorite part of the software is that I'm not able to create my own reports, perhaps I need more training, but it feels difficult to pull ALL the data I need from the system, although I know it's being collected. We still see have some issues with old problems creeping up, we have to reindex data after nearly all catalog saves, and the teams will experience problems at check out. Overall though, I hate to complain because I'm seriously in love with the way the software has enhanced our effectiveness since last May 2 when we went live. I know that with more time, we'll be able to work out the final tweaks (ability to edit the referrer field in orders, remove PV/CV on 1/2 off orders, etc..) that will make this product 100% effective.
