Kommentare: I have had a great experience with Digisigner. Best signing software I have found and used. I have used PandaDoc, DocUsign, and apple docs signing and this is very simple for the most part aside from the check boxes and BCC that I mentioned earlier.

Vorteile:

How easy it was to set up . I was initially looking to have a way to have our clients automatically sign agreements. I came across them on Google in an article and decided to give them a shot. At first I didn't think it had that option but after I reached out to support I was told it was available after I upgraded. I would of signed up immediately if I knew it was there. It has worked flawlessly ever since!

Nachteile:

I don't like the "Check box" part of the signer. It is very confusing. I also wish I could BCC a team member as the one we would BCC would not be client facing

Back to Paper Signatures, I Guess, Since the "Free Version" is a Lie!

Kommentare: I understand that pro versions need to exist, but I don't appreciate a service that conceals a paywall behind a deception about some "free version" that isn't real. Just state things plainly, and there wouldn't be a problem! I'm not disappointed that DigiSigner couldn't meet my needs; I'm disappointed that DigiSigner lied about it.

Vorteile:

I loved the ability to send my sign-in sheet to everyone at once and collect their signatures all in the same document. That would have been so convenient if the mythical "free version" actually worked the way I was told it would.

Nachteile:

Frankly, I was lied to. DigiSigner indicated that the free version (VERSION, not trial!) allows for three document send-outs per month, which is why I was very excited to use it for our monthly safety committee meetings. A "your free trial has expired" email came in today and caught me by surprise. Nowhere was it indicated that these features I was using were "Pro" only. I wasted my time getting everything set up for our safety committee meetings, only to find out a week before our first one that I was lied to. If DigiSigner had just been honest like all the other e-signature companies I looked up, and indicated plainly that there IS no free version, I wouldn't have wasted my time on getting everything set up for my safety committee meetings.

Great value for money for easy to use platform

Kommentare: Overall, I feel Digisigner is a great solution for anyone who doesn't want to complicate their lives with digital signature software solutions. I found Digisigner real easy to understand, edited documents fast and sent and signed a couple of them during the trial period.
I tired several solutions that were filled with options that are unnecessary, expensive but in the end do the same (or worse) than Digisigner.

Vorteile:

I like the simplicity of the platform, the options to use links indstead of sending the document via e-mail. The pricing is fair and that is great but you also have a good trial period where you can experience the solution, cudos for that.

Nachteile:

I miss the option to export the data in a document to .csv for example, or any other editable format (.xls) beacuse that option would save me a lot of time when extracting data from certain forms we need to be filled and signed. It's a big factor in my use case scenario and that is why the review is one star less than perfect.

DigiSigner is simple, and highly effective

Kommentare: I came from another platform that I used for around 4 hours to setup my contracts. Had to convert my .rtf's to docx and everything (I'm on a mac), then spent hours importing them. After figuring out their confusing system, and how to make the contracts I ended up getting the surprise news that I used up all my free trial contracts just trying to learn how it worked, and they wouldn't reset it... So I waited all the time with them. I found DigiSigner, and it was super easy! Imported my contracts, and get it all setup. It just works. I don't usually pay for services, but I subscribed to this one. Great job guys.

Vorteile:

It's simple, effective, and it just works. Other form platforms are overly complicated. This one works very well, and is what I need. Also they free trials are flexible and fair so I was able to try the site before upgrading to Pro.

Nachteile:

Takes a while to add the fields to the page (expected), but what's most annoying is trying to get my signature to fit on a line since it can't be stretched out of proportion. I had trouble with changing my payment method, but it eventually worked, and that seems to be the on their payment providers end.

Happy with the move to DigiSigner

Vorteile:

Seem less and user friendly. The platform is fast and well labelled for navigation.

Nachteile:

Perhaps not as intuitive and would be great if the initials and signatures had some sort of authentication on the initial/signature itself.

Digisigner experience

Kommentare: I switched from Docusign and found this is a good alternative

System does not store email addresses of past recipients

Great value, all of the necessary features

Kommentare: I reviewed a number of competitors before choosing DigiSigner as it seemed to offer all of the features we needed at the best price. I've been pleased that everything works as expected and only took me a few minutes to get setup and utilizing for our contracts.

Vorteile:

Simple to setup, easy for clients to sign, good reporting, helpful support.

Nachteile:

Would like some additional capabilities in the future for templating

Straightforward Digital Signing tool and free!

Kommentare: This was perfect for my project that needed to collect digital signatures, it has hall the features of another product I used that was more expensive

I liked that it was a free option for digital signing and it was very intutitive to create a signature request and intuitive for my signers

Nachteile:

The product was very straightforward for my needs, I found no complaints

Easy and simple to navigate

Kommentare: Overall I am happy. I have been able to successfully send out documents that needed to be signed and I have received the signed pdf's back with no hassles.
I found it easy and simple to navigate. I was quickly able to find the template function and immediately start sending out documents.

Vorteile:

What I liked most is that I could use the Template option with the "Send for Signing" option as I needed to send out a whole list of documents for signing.

Nachteile:

I can't honestly say there was a con because I have been using it successfully for the last 3 days without any hassles.

Best bang for your buck

Kommentare: I have been very impressed so far. I'm sure that I will like it even more as I learn more of the user-friendly features.

Vorteile:

Digisigner offers more customization than other programs out there. The setup is very user-friendly or, at least intuitive. The ability to create links that can be texted is a great feature, and Digisigner does not charge extra for it like other software available. So many of our clients don't have email. This has been a lifesaver!

Nachteile:

I haven't come across anything that I do not like as of now.

Best I have found for solopreneurs and small businesses

Kommentare: I have not found another site like your where i can edit and complete my contracts while on the phone for the price in which you all charge but if you go up on prices that will make me sad

Vorteile:

I am able to complete my documents while the client is on the phone or in chat which keeps me from losing sales

Nachteile:

Every once in a while i may have an issue once i send the document with how i get it signed by multiple parties but no big deal

Kommentare: See the pros - So far this is the easiest to use and I can login from anywhere - no apps to download. I really liked the free trial first to make sure it was what I wanted. I also like the fact that I can opt out of renewal each year.

Ease of use compared to other platforms. The layout of the platform makes creating documents and adding fields very quick and efficient. Plus the full option trial allows for good user experience before purchasing. The audit trail of the signature is accurate and detailed as well.

Nachteile:

like with everything, once converted to Canadian dollars, it becomes fairly costly if only doing 1 or 2 documents a month

Kommentare: Overall it was a good experience with digisign.

Vorteile:

The product worked without any freezes or web page errors when needed it. I sell real estate and often clients send offer and are required to sign an official offer letter and do not have access to a printer and scanner. Having access to such products allows clients to sign and persons witness signatures on documents wherever they are in the world.

Nachteile:

The registration process took a little longer than expected as well as the website was a little hard to find compared to other competitors.

Great product but needs better instructions

I love the the product it is so easy to use and keeps everyone updated when it is all signed so I do not have to forward copies. I love now that I no longer have to covert documents to PDF before I up load - love the new feature where i can upload in word or excel. I use it all the time at work and decided I needed it for my personal use.

Nachteile:

instruction when you first using the product could be way better. I have to do the the trail and error many times to finally get the flow as to how to use the product

I loved the muti-sign feature the most. The ability to arrange the users in order is also impressive and saves time.

Nachteile:

The UI can be somewhat confusing for a first-time user. The design could also be improved and offered in dark mode.

Kommentare: Overall, I had a great experience with DigiSigner. I wish there was a better option for free users or a cheaper option. But I did enjoy the functionalities and layout of the platform and appreciated how easy it is to use.

The limit on how many free documents can be sent per month.
