Kommentare: Easy to create tickets for new events and no matter how complex the ticket requirements are they seem to have a solution ready to use

Vorteile:

The workflow for ticket purchasers is the easiest I have come across. Pay first and then answer the detailed questions.

Nachteile:

Nothing yet. Whenever I think I have found something it can't do the support team enable a beta level feature that does exactly what I want.

Kommentare: We have been using TiTo for 2 years now for our conferences and workshops and I'm very happy with the product and with TiTo's excellent service.

Vorteile:

I find the product clear and straight-forward. In particular I want to highlight the exemplary quality of Tito's service who are not only super responsive, but were able to address our needs impressively quick.

Nachteile:

I appreciate Tito's extension of email comms capabilities, and I respect their preference for very simple/functional emails. So far this still has the consequence that we still use another CRM for our attendee communication because we need richer emails.

A great swiss knife for any event organiser

Kommentare: My overall experience using Tito is just fantastic. As a long.time user I have seen this tool evolve and grow with many new features over the years. But the best is the friendliness and speed of their support!

Vorteile:

An overall freat to use and complete ticket system with many useful addons like messenger to write attendees a message. Good and easy overview of sales with reports. In general a good tool for any event organiser – not just for ticket sales.

Nachteile:

Nothing really. I am absolute happy with how it integreates in the website, the overall usage. If anything, maybe some more focus on accessibilty.

Tito is Tops for Event Organizers

Kommentare: I've used Tito for over a dozen events and recommend it to anyone I work with who is organizing anything.

Vorteile:

Tito is easy to use and simple to setup. When running an event, I can get Tito going quickly and easily and move information from previous, similar events so i can keeop things grouped together nicely.

Nachteile:

Honestly? I don't know that I've ever had an issue. It integrates with most conference and event softweare and is seamless and easy.

Reliable and responsive, Tito is a great event tool & partner!

Vorteile:

You can tell Tito was set up by event organizers, who understand both an organizer's needs and their pain points. At every turn, when you think, "it'd be great if my ticket software could do this," it turns out that Tito either already does that, or their friendly, responsive team is extremely open to hearing the feature request and then putting it into place. Their rates are also extremely reasonable and within (or better than!) industry standard.

Nachteile:

There's not really anything now! I've been a Tito customer for many years, and when I first started using them, I felt a bit wary going with a smaller outfit that was located in a timezone very far from my own. Events often require an immediate response if something goes awry. What I found in my first event using Tito though, and in every subsequent one, is that they are very responsive, especially when my events are getting close, and it does feel like they've got me covered. So it turned out to be a false concern!

Very reliable and packed with features

Kommentare: I have been using ti.to since 2015/6 and have been migrating more workload to ti.to since.

Vorteile:

Always delivering new features and customizations. The interface has been redesigned and looks even better now. To extend ti.to, on can use webhooks.

Nachteile:

Some of the more advanced customizations can be difficult to figure out because they could be a many levels (ticket, event, order, etc)

Vorteile:

Ti.to (& it's sister product Vi.to for online events) is an amazing ticketing tool that we have been using at Smashing Magazine for the last few years. It's not only the tool which works great, is fast, reliable and works pretty flexible, but the small team behind the tool is amazing & responsive.

Nachteile:

Not really much to dislike. Maybe it could be even faster at times? I know we are very heavy users, so cannot really blame it, but still.

Tito - highly recommend

Kommentare: I can't rate Tito highly enough. Their customer service has been consistently excellent.

Vorteile:

Tito offers incredible and dependable customer service. The whole platform is really user friendly and we are able to customize everything to host events entirely in Irish - something that we couldn't do on other platforms.

Nachteile:

We had a small issue with importing names due to special characters but the team at Tito solved it for us and supported us in further uploads to ensure we had no more difficulties.

Powerful ticketing software, yet refreshingly simple.

Kommentare: We’ve been using Tito for all our in-person conferences and workshops, and it’s been seamless for both paid tickets and free side events. A couple of years ago, we started running online workshops too—and we’re using Tito for those as well. The attendee exports are super handy, and the messaging feature makes it easy to keep everyone in the loop. We use Tito for our free online events too, and it integrates seamlessly with their hosting platform, Vito. Attendees are automatically imported, making the whole process super smooth.

Vorteile:

I’ve been using Tito for years, and I’m still a big fan! They nail the basics like orders and tickets, but there’s so much more—activities, discount codes, locations, attendee questions, CSS customization, detailed exports, and customizable HTML emails. You can set up your events exactly how you want. It’s simple yet powerful. Plus, their team is awesome: super responsive, knowledgeable, and always a pleasure to work with.

Nachteile:

Nothing! We are just super happy with how well it works.

Tito is an amazingly efficient and flexible way to manage tickets for your events

Kommentare: Tito has made our approach to organizing events and managing tickets incredibly easy and efficient. We plan several events around the world each year, and being able to simply organize each event, handle local tax/VAT, currencies, etc. has been incredibly efficient for us.

Vorteile:

Very efficient to setup an event with multiple ticket types and bundles, tax/VAT, discount codes, and many other complexities with ease. Easy to make changes later. Simple web component widget to embed within your event website. Convenient connections to payment options such as Stripe and PayPal.

Nachteile:

While it's possible to use Tito for frequently recurring events, e.g. a weekly event, it's not the most efficient use of the product. You can use activities and bundles, but the event typically has a single date and location listed and other challenges. I don't consider this a big con, as it's super easy to have separate events for each, it's just not possible to automatically create a ticket that spans separate events.

How I Use Ti.to

Kommentare: We've been using tito for many years to manage the booking for our small tech meetups and, additionally, for our hot-desk and meeting room clients to book our services. The team behind Ti.to are super responsive to requests, even going beyond the call of duty considering we use the platform for something it is not necessarilty intended to do. No PFOs here - it's clear that everyone is deeply knowledgeable abou the product - they are the best in customer service.

Vorteile:

It is easy to replicate event pages, and pretty much does everything that is needed for organisers to give their own customers a great experience.

Nachteile:

Good to say that there's not much 'not' to like.

Kommentare: I don't have to think with Tito. Not when I'm using it or when an event is live. I just know it will work and make our lives easier. Love it.

Vorteile:

It just works. No hassles. Tito all the features we need and most of the features we want. The team are super responsive and always open to feature ideas. Our attendees love it too. It makes sharing tickets a synch and someone always comments on how easy it is to use. The price point is absolutely worth it.

Nachteile:

One thing some attendees have asked for is the ability to book one to one meetings with other attendees and send them messages. This is not currently available and I wouldn't consider it a "Con". But I had to write something here :-D

Kommentare: We have been using this tool for over 10 large conferences (500+ attendees) for the last 5 years, and we are quite happy to continue.

Vorteile:

Flexibility of the options that are available for the user An end-to-end solution including invoicing, questionnaire, check-in, etc.

Nachteile:

Filtering is sometimes not clear - e.g., "need to filter all discount codes where at least one ticket is still available." Language settings: It is not possible to present the customer-facing page in other languages, such as Czech, for our case.

During registration set up, there are times when it feels like what I need is not where it should be. But once I find it and set it up, it's smooth sailing from there.

What sets Tito apart

Kommentare: Tito is recommendable for all types of events. It can cater large number of attendees and work on every step of the process seamlessly. Tito is even free for free tickets and it is perfect for a non-profit event.

Vorteile:

It is easy to use that doesn’t even need a technical skill to do it.

Nachteile:

It doesn’t have a self check-in option where attendees could do the check-in by themselves to avoid queue during the event.

Tito is so clean and simple

Kommentare: It's great! After testing it at our San Francisco event, we are now rolling it out for our London event for over about 1,500 or so tickets!

Vorteile:

What I like most about the Tito ticketing is it's just so clean and just so simple to navigate and create tickets and manage. It's like the best kind of event software without all the extra bloat of other things. What I love is how easy it is to kind of set up things like discount codes straight from the dashboard.

Nachteile:

It's not that well known yet so when you want to integrate with other event software like on-side badgeing etc, there are not many providers who automatically do it, but the tito team are working on that.

Very easy to set up events and take payments

Kommentare: I used the Tito software in 2015 to organise a school reunion for 150 people. Was a great way to take payment (using Stripe), track, and message all of the attendees. It made the whole organisation of the event a whole lot easier. The site is very straightforward and support was pretty quick whenever I came back with any queries on setup or edits. I've used it again for smaller events since then. Definitely worth trying out.
