The system has always been easy to use, but the Storm version improves on this.
Reliability remains good with few issues being reported since go live. Only negative would be that the system is a little cumbersome when dealing with multiple extensions for a single user. It can handle them once the setup is completed, but this setup is a little laborious at times. Having said that this arrangement would be specific to our setup for this most part.

Storacall is an Excellent product!
I reviewed three companies that provided call monitoring equipment and Storacall was the best product.
Storacall has now been fitted for 4 years and the equipment has been faultless, very easy to use and the reviewing software can be networked to one or multiple computers
The customers service staff are always very helpful and Carl N from sales really knows the product inside and out and is a credit to the company.

Very easy to use
Calls found quickly
Very cost effective I found the whole process really easy, from my first contact to discuss my requirement right the way through to having the system installed and being trained. It has made life much easier and we can now easily identify any disputes we may have on telephone conversations with customers and provide training and feedback to our telephone sales team.

Great company, excellent support team and account management.
Kommentare: Does what it says on the tin as a product but when anything does go wrong the support provided is excellent. Currently in the process of an upgrade to provide even more functionality which will benefit our business.
