The parentzone zone and I connect is easy for the practitioner to use, with parent partnership and two way communication playing a major part in our day to day activities. The management reports and widgits provide clear concise information. It has improved communication with parents/customers and as the system is easy to use for observations and assessments, it means that my staff have more time to spend with the children rather than doing paperwork. The support is fantastic as any issues are addressed immediately. Also customers pay via an app so makes it easier for customers to pay.
