Kommentare: Since Covid we have been able to simply rollout out the desk booking to new sites, and it was so easy. A great product that allows us to set up groups for whatever we need, and set access levels to meet the demand.
Vorteile:
For me the ability to easily move meetings around, we call it room Tetris, to make the most use of our meeting rooms. Condeco is certainly the easiest that we have seen. The support team are also great at helping, if stuck with something not working, or suggestions on how we can do something better.
Nachteile:
Nothing that we can think of, and with regular reviews with account team they tell us what is coming up, and we also have the ability to log ideas as well.
Great product - user and admin friendly
Kommentare: Great product overall and makes desk / meeting room bookings easy for users / reporting on.
Vorteile:
User friendly software both for end user and admin users. Back end configuration is simple to navigate and the onboarding process / team are great to work with.
Nachteile:
If an issue is raised, sometimes it can be a bit lengthy for a fix to be applied. I appreciate these things need investigatory works etc. but when asking for an ETA on a fix being applied responses are not helpful.
Reactive versus innovative
Vorteile:
I like that as an admin, I don't have to operate from two different portals. Also, the ability to make so much customization and allowing us to build/control/troubleshoot on our own first before involving Eptura engineering.
Nachteile:
Reliant on the users to push through innovation or innovating as a reaction, versus trying to forecast and keep up with the market. There is no tracking and admin access cannot be further limited within the categories. No cancellation reporting. All new advancements require further monetary investment and everything is an add on.

Easy desk booking...
Vorteile:
Ease of booking desks and overview of who is in each day. As an administrator, ease of cancelling a desk for a colleague not coming in.
Nachteile:
Pulling reports is not intuitive and fiddly. Not easy to see who was in in the past.

space booking system
Vorteile:
Multiple platforms to parking, desks, meeting spaces. Helpful booking grid gives you view of bookings for weeks ahead. Love floorplan. Updated mobile app is modern and userfriendly can book and manage any time v convenient. integrated with m365 and out look add-in is no brainer. Syncs with ldap and sso for smooth user experience and means we can leverage existing authentication infrastructure. Customer support = great.
Nachteile:
One drawback was outlook addin lacked ability to book multiple meeting space But this has been developed and we’re looking forward for the release

Compared with other solutions we reviewed, Condeco proved the most intuitive by our end-user testers. It also addressed the requirements we were seeking in a resource management solution.
Nachteile:
I feel like the administrative side of the portal could be a bit more initiative or laid out a bit more efficiently. It seems you have to jump between multiple menu sections to accomplish tasks that should be handled within a single menu and process flow. I'd also like to see all th eCondeco portals contained within one Portal so it is not necessary to jump between them to accomplish admin tasks. (Eg. Condeco Portal, Vendor Portal, Support Portals)
Condeco Meeting Room & desk booking
Kommentare: Generally been positive. Product support & service desk are very good with prompt resonse times.

The product is stable & easy to use. The web app does almost everything, Vendor & Visitor sections are useful and Outlook smart calandar is handy
Nachteile:
If you haven't used a desk/room booking product before, careful advanced usage planning is recommended prior to submitting the setup spread sheet - and decide early on if you plan to use SSOIt was difficult to get the Outlook add in to work proprely at the beginning and needed quite a lot of project meetings to get it up & running, but this may have been because the office 365 version had just been released.The Outlook add in needs much more develpment to make it the complete product unfortunately and the promised additions must have a much higher priority on the product road map -
Top workspace booking tool
Vorteile:
Having both browser and mobile app is great so easy to book a desk or space I need when I go to office. Can see what days the office is going to be busy and when to go in The team day feature is really good, love being able to organise getting my team in for our weekly inoffice day and book one of our ‘areas’. Seeing the spaces visually on the floor plan is great also. We use it to book our parking spaces. Nice having all your bookings (desks rooms parking) in one place on portal. Condeco has become engrained into our work lives and its become a fun tool that you want to use!
Nachteile:
We are excited for more work to be done on mobile app and team day feature. Be good to be able to click on floor plan and see who has booked what spot

Great tool / Need to listen to their clients / Improvement needed concerning the support team
Kommentare: Concerning the app, we experienced several bugs, each one with different gravity level (from the orthographic correction to an incapacity to use the tool). The time response and correction are hardly respecting the SLA.Very often, we have to explain to the support team how to diagnos the bugs.Fortunatly, we have the web version...

A great tool with Microsoft Multi-Tenant support.We have quality exchanges with the team, nevertheless we face technical issues (see cons)
Nachteile:
Mandatory configuration we should pay to use their last plugin.The support team which doesn't know what is a bug and tells us to ask for an evolution.Infra team which takes too much time to answer us.Unnecessary system with votes for evolutions.More than 3 weeks to correct a misspelling.

Early experiences by administrator
Kommentare: Reserving personal space works very well.New user experience reserving rooms and using the Polycon is still in the learning phase.
Vorteile:
1. Search function to find team members.2. Booking personal spaces is easy to do.3. Booking meeting room spaces using Microsoft via the Condeco add-in is very helpful.4. Booking grid allows us to see what resources are available all at once.
Nachteile:
Installation was not easy. Especially getting the room's note pads to connect properly.We would like to link meeting rooms into existing meetings.

Review for a great product
Kommentare: It’s been great. Was easy + quick to get set up and the customer service has been v good.
Vorteile:
It makes collaborating with my team when we’re in the office very easy. If we have a hectic week packed with lots of meetings we can schedule and book the meeting rooms we need. I like how we can see what meeting rooms are available through the booking grid or the option of booking directly in outlook. We have the touch screens outside each room as well which look really sleek/modern
Nachteile:
At the moment we haven’t really found anything that we don’t like about it. It does exactly what we need it to do and in my opinion is a must have for a modern office..

Easy to Use
Kommentare: We have been using Condeco for 4 years and overall the product has been very helpful in managing room resource especially when people leave and you need to remove recurring appointments. When returning from Covid the adaptability of the system for us to manage the office and peoples expectations was successful. Ensuring cleaning time, space and accessibility was available for all users.
Vorteile:
I like the ease of use when booking resources all in one place.
Nachteile:
The Admin Features are not the most straight forward as the wording used is to describe some parts of the system can be confusing. Not always easy to find what you want quickly and sometimes end up going through most Screens in the Admin area as we don't do many changes.

Very good tool, generally stable system, very good support.
Kommentare: Generally it's become gradually popular in the company, the problem cases number is not so high. The Support reply swift and are competent.
Vorteile:
Seamless access acfross devices, ease of deployment, support channel is also very good.
Nachteile:
Sometimes it's not stable on mobile App where users get logged out frequently. Instructions and the knowhow is bespoke and sometimes not so straight forward.The switch from Exchange Sync to Smart Calendar turned out not to be so easy, it needs a second test tenant in Azure.
Condeco and Teams Rooms
Kommentare: Not good since we installed Teams Room, because of the lack of Teams intergration with the Condeco Web portal.
Vorteile:
The ability to book rooms and desks, catering booking, Wayfinder board and reports . Users can book desks with ease and search on staff.
Nachteile:
We recently introduced Teams Rooms. Condeco web portal does not integrate with M365 Teams Rooms. The Outlook add-in lacks the ability to book multiple room bookings , Eptura are working on this. Also Admins can't book catering requirements via the Outlook add-in. - need to use the web portal. The Facilities Management team's preference is to use the web portal and this does not integrate with Teams Rooms
Condeco

Nothing springs to mind at the moment, however there is the option to raise suggestions on the portal
