Great app and great service

Low CC transaction fees. Always adding new features. Customer service will waaay exceed your expectations

Needs client folders to place former clients separate from current. No way to delete clients from main list.

Great booking software for a small studio

Vorteile:

Fitli’s customer service is 100%! My clients are able to book themselves with ease either through the web or app. I system is a breeze to work with on my end and when I have questions Fitli is always available to assist.

Nachteile:

There are a few things I would love to see added to their software: An option to charge a client for a late cancel automatically, but also take them out of the class to provide the spot for a waiting client; to have a “shopping cart” when ringing up multiple items for a client; to be able to rearrange my services and not have to have them alphabetical.

Best Scheduler I've Used!

Kommentare: Having been in business for nearly 12 years, I've used SO many different apps and softwares and generally received more frustration than benefit, especially for the money I was spending. Additionally, if I wanted an app, there was usually an even heftier up charge, as most scheduling softwares are designed for large scale gyms and fitness centers, or single use massage therapists. Since I do both massage and personal training, I needed an app that could effectively accommodate both lines of business without breaking the bank. Fitli fit that perfectly! Their ease of scheduling, adding different lines of business, incorporating packages across those lines of business, setting up classes for drop ins and waiting lists has helped my business grow. Because we all know, if the client is inconvenienced, we pay the price, our software doesn't. And I firmly believe Fitli gets that with their product and business model! Would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone!

Vorteile:

Ease of scheduling multiple clients. Ability to incorporate packages & sharing them among families. Timely notifications and reminders for both myself and my clients. Quick turnaround on receiving payments through the app. Extremely responsive and helpful customer service!

Nachteile:

It's a newer system, so some features aren't available yet. There's an iPhone app, but not an Android app yet

The team at Fitli has been by our sides as we struggled to setup our first classes, through the pandemic, and now as we offer yoga to our local community. The staff is always responsive, understanding, & professional. The software is adaptable, easy to setup and end-user friendly.

Vorteile:

Fitli is ideal for a small dance studio that needs to hold down costs. Does all the essential basics: class scheduling, packages, appointments, blocking out studio rentals, sales reports, class histories for students. Customer service has been superb. They have added some important features, like the ability to associate accounts with more than one person, like for a familiy. And they definitely have features I haven't even used yet.

Nachteile:

It's a little more challenging to use when I need to go back in time to record payments or catch up records, but I've learned workarounds for most of these issues. Would be nice to have an android app as well as the iPhone app.

Fitli is perfect for my small business needs

Vorteile:

The customer service is fantastic and the value is great - it gives me the functionality I need without a whole bunch of fancy features I won't use. I was looking for a solid POS system and reservation system.

Nachteile:

Currently there is only one option to receive email notifications - all or nothing. I want to be notified when someone makes a purchase, but I do not want to be notified every time someone signs up for a class. Currently I have to choose "all" so I can get the purchase notifications but consequently I get every single notice when one of my 40+ clients signs up and it clogs my email box.

Would love to have an android app option. Would also like to be able to change the title/subject of messages sent from fitli.

Kommentare: If not for Fitli, we might not have made it through the pandemic. Making the transition from paper passes and payment in studio to an online program of classes and registration has been daunting. Our questions to Fitli were addressed immediately. We were able to schedule quick online chats for more challenging questions and quick responses to emails helped us out of many mini-crises. We found the pricing fair and the support exceptional. Highly recommended.

Vorteile:

We have been an old-school studio for 50 years. 2020 changed everything, and thankfully, we found Fitli at just the right time. We were able to set up online classes using Zoom with payment and registration all online. We are indebted to the support staff at Fitli who helped us every step of the way, and continue to listen and address our concerns.

Nachteile:

It was difficult for our clientele, many older and not computer savvy, to get used to online booking and payment. Sometimes they still miss the "confirm" step when processing a payment. But these extra steps are a protection for our clients so they don't make erroneous purchases. It's taken some practice, but most everyone now is conversant and comfortable with this program.

Great fit for my yoga studio!

Kommentare: Fitli has been perfect for my growing yoga studio! It’s simple to use and it keeps me organized. My students also appreciate the easy booking, checkout and class/ appointment reminders. I’d also like to mention fitli’s top inch customer service. Whenever I have a question the fitli team responds quickly with professionalism, exactly how you would want your extended team to support your business.

It gave me an issue for awhile because I didn’t realize it wasn’t properly integrating with the square space platform. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been fixed and the appointment page is not embedded on my site. It works though, so it’s not a huge issue.

Vorteile:

Because we are a small yoga studio, we don't need all the bells and whistles that some of the 'main stream' products offer, nor can our budget afford them. Fitli meets our needs and our budget and their customer service is hands down some of the best I've ever experienced. They are knowledgable, responsive, helpful and available. I enjoy working with their team. The program is easy to use and reliable. When I first started using it, we were only using it for credit card processing and to build our membership database. Over time our studio has evolved, and we are now using it for attendance, class notes, teacher communication, class registration, credit card processing, and student communication. Honestly, I've never had a single problem with the program and highly recommend it to other studios.

Nachteile:

Like all programs there are some limitations, but the team is responsive to client feedback and is always working on adding features that we've requested. Over time they have made some new features available that have been helpful. If I made a list of everything that it is missing that I would like to have for our studio, it would still be a short list.

The price is fair and the software is fairly easy to learn and use.

Nachteile:

The reports could be better. I would like to have a report that shows what the client paid for and each visit that was applied to the package. Also a report of all the client packages that are about to expire would be helpful.

The only thing I would like to see changed is the ability for a customer to book the same class more than once. Many of my customers want to pay for family or friends to take a class with them.

Great Value, Excellent Customer Support, Growing Company

Vorteile:

The customer service is amazing. They are a small support team, so you know who will answer your questions. They are speedy in their responses, and give very thorough and clear answers. They are very open to learning your company needs and do everything they can to help you problem solve issues. The pricing structure is very reasonable for what you get. While there is certainly room for improvement on certain features (which they are constantly working to add and improve on), the format is clean and easy to use and find things. This is a pretty basic software, but I think the majority of business owners would benefit from using Fitli as long as they don't need something super complicated. Plus, as stated, they have been improving and adding more features... I believe it worth checking out if you thinking of switching!

Nachteile:

There are a few items we asked to add or improve, and many items the Fitli team has already added or fixed. It's a process to prioritize requests, so we understand that as a new and smaller company improvements will take time. Plus, their customer service is so great, (and even though it can be a bit frustrating for us admin) it is worth the wait to see what improvements are up and coming. I know that for our customers it has been a good transition from MindBody (where we were before), but there are lots of requests for Android app (which they are working on). It is a bit confusing to some users at times, but we've been able to help resolve questions pretty quickly.

Kommentare: As our business grew, it was becoming increasingly difficult to manage the schedule and payments. Fitli simplified the entire process. Don't know how we would run the business without out! Their support team is phenomenal. We typically get an immediate response and resolution. If we encounter a bug or other more involved issue, they escalate the ticket and respond with a solution within a day. They listen to customers and modify features accordingly. Very flexible, adaptable business. Highly recommend!

Vorteile:

Online booking, automatic payments, class scheduling, website integration, retail option.

Nachteile:

Would like to see the Retail portion of the site expanded a bit to include a few more features (i.e. photos, quantity, options (sizes, colors).

Kommentare: I have been using the fitli software to manage class attendance and payments at a small yoga studio for a few months now. I had previously used Mind Body-Online but became so disgusted with their lack of customer support and high fees that I jumped at the chance to use an alternative. Fitli has been easy to set up our weekly class schedule with multiple instructors and types of classes, has acted as a complete solution for our customer attendance tracking and payments, and has done so at a very very low cost. The only short-coming is the ability to handle our retail sales, but this is a small part of our business and I'm sure fitli will implement the feature as time goes on. The fitli technical staff has been very responsive to minor bug fixes and very transparent when rolling out patches and upgrades. If I have a specific problem, I can email them and set up a phone conference right away to get things resolved, that is a virtual impossibility with MBO. The phone app allows our clients to keep up to date in real time with our schedule as well as book into our classes and purchase packages before arriving to the studio. As fitli grows, the app will allow people who travel to find us more easily and see the reviews our current customers have left. Bottom line is that I recommend this software for anyone needing a full solution to manage clientele attendance and payments.

Vorteile:

Full solution to create a class schedule for our studio, track customer attendance and accept payments - all of which is extremely easy to set up.

Nachteile:

Does not offer a full solution for retail sales. When I click on a clients name, I would like to see their purchase history. Often times we have people that come in a few days after a package has expired and we want to see when exactly they made the initial purchase. There does not seem to be an efficient way to do this.
