Cornerstone LMS ist sehr einfach zu bedienen und bietet alles an, was man für das interne Lernen innerhalb eines Unternehmens braucht.

Nachteile:

Mehr Updates wären interessant und eventuell der Ausbau der/einer Mobilanwendung

Kommentare: Overall I am very happy with the tool chosen and would recommend it to others. I think the continuous improvements make it a platform with a lot of potential that we will be with for a long time to come.

Vorteile:

continuous innovations and adaptations to the needs of companies and employees. As a training platform it is very solid and complete.

Nachteile:

Some changes cannot be made, but adapting can be achieved.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu Cornerstone LMS: because we wanted to have several modules integrated in one place. Both training, selection and development we have everything with Cornerstone and we believe it is the best solution to have it unified for reporting and integrations. We also believe that it is a world-renowned and highly valued provider and that gave us security.

A good product that needs some attention to make it great

Kommentare: Support can be a bit hit and miss. Turnover of account managers has been high the past few years, so we feel like we have been having a lot of repeat conversations.

Vorteile:

The functionality is comprehensive, with a lot of features you can customize including custom pages which are great for improving the user experience.

Nachteile:

It is a very slow system - each time you update a field, the whole page refreshes. There are still a lot of functionalities that one would think would be a given with an LMS that despite feedback, they choose to focus on their bigger scale feature releases.

Cornerstone is an alright product, but it's expensive

Kommentare: Cornerstone has been an alright experience, but it doesn't meet the needs of our users always and is sometimes difficult for them to navigate.

Vorteile:

Cornerstone can be customized, which is really nice.

Nachteile:

Cornerstone is very expensive compared to similar platforms. It also isn't that much better.
