The large library of exercises, the maturity of the software, the responsiveness of the team.

Nachteile:

There should be a more obvious classification of exercises by brand of machines

Great app for Personal Trainers!

Kommentare: No complaints other then the price and a few glitches with the app. (When clients use it.) Otherwise, it has never disappointed me.

Vorteile:

Fully customizable programs, ease of use and all-in-one platform to simplify training clients in a professional way. It's really a very powerful tool.

Nachteile:

The cost is very high. Especially if both hexfit AND stripe are taking a cut of the company profits, it is hard to pass this on to clients with the current worldwide inflation and financial hardships. You are forcing trainers to cater to people who are better off financially. There should be a discount offered to healthcare practitioners who are trying to help everyone-young/old/students/disabled. It would be easy to prove by showing our license. There are apps that are even free (Telehab) but currently do not offer customizable video uploads so this is the only reason so far keeping me on Hexfit.

HexFit 101

Kommentare: Not too good especially near the end and I felt like I was paying too much for the product I was receiving.

Vorteile:

I liked that I could build my own questionnaire using HexFit. I like how I could collect data and use it for my sports teams. The messaging system was interesting but it would never replace something like Messenger, Instagram DMs or even email.

Nachteile:

It took me a long time to create all of those surveys/questionnaires. Very little help from customer support, I found them really slow and unhelpful. No data or information regarding mental health or sport psychology. Everything is about fitness

Easy to use

Kommentare: Overall I am happy and will continue using for the exercise purposes

Vorteile:

I like the ease of the exercise library. I usually write my workouts on paper (because I overthink it) and then transfer to an actual program. All exercise are there. My clients like the ease of the app.

Nachteile:

Nutrition portion of the app. It's somewhat difficult creating meal plan and I find the portions inaccurate

Hexfit : my main LOVE in virtual/local training-follow-up with my clients

Pivoting in a Virtual World during the Pandemic

This customer service has been critical for our business to pivot from in-person to remote service delivery in 2020/2021.

Vorteile:

That which we most greatly appreciated about Hexfit is its unique capability to deliver a collaborative central hub for practitioners, clients and administrators.

Nachteile:

We are looking forward to Hexfit developing its capabilities around small group appointments bookings along with an accounting platform. This would provide for a comprehensive full-business hub for administrators.

Un des meilleurs logiciels mais avec encore des améliorations à apporter

Kommentare: C'est un des logiciels les plus complets que j'ai testé mais il manque pour moi un effort esthétique de l'application et du logiciel. L'expérience utilisateur et client sont à améliorer selon moi. Je recommande mais il faut le temps de se faire la main.

Vorteile:

La quantité de données présentes (tests, questionnaires), la variété des exercices, l'utilisation de l'IA, la facilité de prise en main sur les programmes

Nachteile:

De manière générale un effort serait appréciée sur l'interface, ce n'est pas très "beau" si je puis dire et du coup peu intuitif sur certains aspects. Trop de données parfois difficilement maitrisable. Les courbes de données issues notamment des montres connectées sont difficiles à analyser et la présentation des graphiques est peu agréable à lire. La planification est difficile à mettre en place avec les objectifs et les données. Les clients / athlètes ne peuvent pas adapter en sélectionnant un autre exercice quand ils n'ont pas la possibilité d'effectuer celui programmé.

Kommentare: Llevo unos meses con ellos. Vengo de usar otras plataformas y esta es la que más me ha gustado. Lo digo en serio, la recomiendo un 100%

Una plataforma única, con muchas opciones para los entrenadores y además de eso simplifica el seguimiento de los atletas. Me siento feliz de contar con esta herramienta ya que permite crecer y mejorar mi negocio. El servicio al cliente y el seguimiento es genial.

Nachteile:

Todo me gusta. No he tenido ningún inconveniente.

Vorteile:

Hexfit is user friendly and makes it easy to create workout plans for my clients. With the enormous number of exercises to choose from, I always find what I am looking for. The AI tools are a great add on for inspiration and for interaction with my clients.

Nachteile:

Don’t think there is anything I dislike.

Kommentare: Top! l'app est tellement complètes que je manque de temps pour apprendre à l'exploiter pleinement.

Vorteile:

Le gain de temps pour la réalisation des programmes, les rappels du système pour nous aider à suivre nos clients, la possibilité de créer des exercices, d'insérer des recettes. Le système de messagerie est aussi une super idée avec des réponses de félicitation déjà définies et que nous pouvons facilement personnaliser

Nachteile:

Il manque des exercices basiques, mais c'est vrai que les ajouter avec photo n'est pas compliqué....

Kommentare: L’utilisation d‘Hexfit m’a permis de gagner énormément de temps pour la création de programme sportif, et la diversité de mouvement m’a permis d’avoir une diversité de programme possible pour mes pratiquants

Es una buena app para mi negocio

Kommentare: Mi experiencia ha sido muy buena, gran servicio al cliente, buen software, me siento satisfecho.

Vorteile:

La posibilidar de orgamizar los planes de entrenamiento fácil y rápido. Me ahorra tiempo.

Nachteile:

De vez en cuando presenta fallas que no ham sido corregidas. Por ejemplo al tratar de integrar un circuito desacomoda los demás ejercicios.

L'aspect suivi alimentaire de nos clients (ils ne voient pas leurs calories et macronutriments lorsqu'ils intègrent un aliments dans l'application).

Mes débuts

Kommentare: J'utilise Hexfit tous les jours pour concevoir des séances pour mes clients et pour suivre les retours et leurs activités.
Le logiciel est très intuitif et le tchat permet d'avoir une réponse très rapide ce ui est vraiment très appréciable.

Vorteile:

Le suivi des clients avec le tableau de bord

Nachteile:

La partie nutrition...je n'ai pas encore réussi à bien paramétrer
