Kommentare: Everyone I have worked with at Mass Mobile is responsive and makes taking care of my business a priority. The service is easy to use, and they're willing to work with you to figure out the best solution for what you're trying to accomplish. Also, the price to setup and get our app published was very reasonable. This is a great product that helps me extend my brand, provide my customers access to my business, and stimulate existing customers to come in more, and spend more when they do. Also love that i can give my app a completely new look whenever i want.

Vorteile: Problem solved: a way to communicate and engage my customers...we use all the same channels everyone else does, facebook, twitter, instagram, emails...while these methods are important, i felt that we were just one of a million other businesses that did the same thing. With our own app, our customers really do view us with more credibility...they think we must be doing well to be able to afford our own app. In short, a great tool that helps me communicate with my customers! The #1 benefit is that it has boosted my sales by almost 23%. It took us about 6 months to really start seeing some traction, but soon after that we definitely have seen an increase. And our app promotions have been HUGE!!

Nachteile: Nothing not to like. Great product, the one thing that i could complain about, is that i wish i had done this earlier!!!

We started using social media (mainly Facebook) to grow our customer base. We had a lot of success with Facebook'over 12,000 fans in the first year. But when Facebook changed its policies, we started getting a lot fewer views. That was really disappointing. So we dug in and started doing some research. We needed to 'go mobile.' Everyone is on their smartphone these days, apps are everywhere, and we decided we needed our own app. We realized that Mass Mobile Apps was offering the best package for a small, non-techy business like ours. We chose Mass Mobile Apps, and looking back, we definitely made the right choice. The more we got into our app, the more we realized how much potential it has. There are so many cool things you can do that we wouldn't have dreamed of. Here are some of the features we've been using:

'We send out push notifications about special offers, and this has given our business a boost.
'Our app links directly to our website, where customers can buy our clothing online.

As soon as we saw this feature, we knew it was for us. That's because we were already big with paper punch cards in our store. The problem is that customers tend to lose the cards or forget them. Now they have the card in their app, and they use it all the time. Here are some stats we've collected since we published our app:
'Online sales have increased by 16%, and online traffic has increased by 23%.
'Store traffic has increased by 17% since we added in-app coupons combined with push notifications to tell customers about the coupons.
