Integration was easy with the platforms and is helping now. Now importing sales is helping.

Sales importing and issues take time and this will effect in GSTR1

A bad experience with evanik as an online seller

Kommentare: This was my first three month subscription with Evanik Networks Private Limited. Weekly we checked the data within 45 days everything was showing wrong such as payment reconciliation, customer returns, Courier returns. Customer support is not helpful, when I call them they don't pick up the phone and when I message them on WhatsApp they don't reply. We subscribed to Evanik to easily view and understand our Flipkart orders information. We were looking at everything wrong and a lot of information was not showing up here. Based on our experience with Evanik, we would not recommend online seller to joining with Evanik.

I have used this software for more than 1 Year and found that its data is not accurate. From First meeting, i was assured of folloiwng things :1. Integration With Busy2. TDS Data Matching3. TCS Data Matching4. GST Reports with out any error.But unfortunately, they just want to your money and your data and not provided any of the above mentioned service.Sales team commits, but after that no one will help you. They will assign the account manager, but he will never picks your phone. All in all waste of money. Because of there data my complete year Gst Return were filed wrong.
