Great basic Project management System

Kommentare: Overall it's been a great platform and I can say I've not had any actual issues with it.

Vorteile:

I grabbed SmartTask when it first went live on a lifetime license.It was worth every penny and has done well for quite a while for me.

Nachteile:

The interface could be updated. It still feels like a startup and rough around the edges. I haven't heard anything from them for ages so I'm not sure if they are doing anything to update the interface or anything.

SmartTask manages your teams, task and customers in one "smart" package

Kommentare: My overall experience with SmartTask is overwhelmingly positive. If you have any issue that customer service can't deal with, the founder himself will help you with it. He also seems to never sleep, and he is always working to improve SmartTask.

Vorteile:

I have the Premium account of SmartTask, and it is exceptionally easy to invite your employees (and even guests) to the platform to manage tasks and projects. With other programs, I sometimes have problems with this. But SmartTask is easy. One of the best things about the program is that the bugs are all worked out. With thousands of users daily, the team has worked out all the problems so that new customers like me don't have to deal with them. Moreover, I like being able to track my sales team via the SmartTask app. I can see which businesses my salespeople are at, and the software saves the journey so I can make sure my top accounts are always covered locally.

Nachteile:

I would like to see whitelabel and cname functionalities moving forward, but they are not essential. The SmartTask logo is very small and no one can be offended by a name like "SmartTask."

Good tool to use manage time tracking

Best Alternative to Asana

Kommentare: I would suggest to use smarttask if you want to save your money on task management tool

Vorteile:

I would say that Smart Tasks is the best and the cheapest alternative to asana. Almost all the features that we need for an project management is available. One added advantage over asana is that they have their inbuilt time tracking software for the task.

Nachteile:

Some of problems are like when we invite an client / guest to an project their details visible to other guests also. This is kind of wired options. Also sometime it takes time to load the dashboard.

Great for task management and as a CRM

Kommentare: I'm using Smart Task to manage my entire business. It's my go-to tool for planning, managing, and tracking all of our projects and tasks. It has also replaced our previous CRM. I highly recommend Smart Tasks.

Vorteile:

Smart Tasks is very easy to use. It is packed with useful features that my company uses on a daily basis. It's perfect for project management, task management, and as a CRM. We even use it to manage outsourced work and remote employees. The integromat & zapier integrations make the possibilities endless.

Nachteile:

I honestly cannot find a flaw so far. The features, ease of use, and integration capabilities are all fantastic.

Best Task Management tool onCloud

Kommentare: 4 of us have been using the tool and we loved the application. it is easy to learn and easy to update.

Nachteile:

Some screens are a bit too busy. They can be cleaned a bit It is not very easy to know how to create Sub tasks but once you see, it is easy to use.

Easy Tasks

I like the way you can organize your full taskflow in an easy way. It is powerful yet simple, so coworkers can easily join you without feeling overwhelmed.

The best part is that we can onboard all the vendors and sales/project teams in one place. This improves efficiency significantly.

Nachteile:

Sometimes, the connection with the server is disconnected suddenly which leads to repeating the task.

A good all-in-one project management tool

Kommentare: I enjoy using SmartTask. It has all of the options I need to keep track of all the tasks and projects I need to complete for my clients.

Vorteile:

This software is very flexible and you can choose between lists, boards, and calendars to organize your tasks and projects. It's very similar to other project management tools, but this one I think is more affordable and has features that make it easy for you to organize all of your projects and client tasks

Nachteile:

The UI/UX definitely needs to be improved. The overall look and feel is outdated compared to the other project management tools out there. The speed of the tool can be improved, as well. When starting up the tool, I have to wait a few seconds longer for it to be useable.

Amazing Asana competitor! Cheaper, better, and faster

Kommentare: This application is easy to use, price is more than fair, support team is very kind and responsive, and I am happier because organizing things are faster and easier now.

Vorteile:

Portfolio view, CRM module is good, reporting skills is there, tasks are super powerful and handy, I feel my small company is 20x more organized and efficient. For real! This tool is doing wonders on my workflow and daily routine.

Nachteile:

I just think CRM module could be tiny bit easier to use and to understand. But I am really impressed by all of the features developed already in the app.

My Experience using Smart Task

Vorteile:

Ease of use, simple user interface but powerful functionality to manage projects and your team. The support team is very reponsive and are open to product feature requests. When I had a question about the usage of the software I was offered a full product demo by [SENSITIVE CONTENT] one of the support team whom I found to be very patient, kind and knowledgable.

Nachteile:

There were two features I was used to on a previous project management tool I used I hope the team will introduce these soon. One is google calendar two-way integration and the other is whiteboard view of the project and addition of tasks throug the whiteboard which visually helps to see the project from a birds eye view.

Highly Recommended for all size teams.

We can comment daily task so we can track our task at the end of the month which helps in calculating the exact time given in that specific task.

Nachteile:

The user interface looks bit hard for new users. But once you use it I can guarantee that it is one of the easiest task management tool.

1. UX is nice, easy to navigate and use all features 2. Good limits in all plans makes it very affordable even for the small businesses 3. It is not only Project Management tool, it also has CRM and I also use it for my task managements. 4. Video meetings, chatting, notifications, reward system, timer it has all the features which make it all rounder 5. The team is passionate and very responsive, they have FB community as well and chat responses are almost quick.

Nachteile:

1. White label functioning is manual, and changing domain requires additional fees. 2. They have recently improved UI a lot but it can be improved even more.

Great Alternative for Asana

Kommentare: Overall, I had a significant experience with SmartTask. Everything was working fine on their web app. If you love Asana, you will also love SmartTask, the UI is very similar.

Vorteile:

SmartTask looks and works like Asana. All premium features are unlocked. They also have a CRM which works fine. It's very easy to use if you are already familiar with Asana.

Nachteile:

The UI looks very basic and needs a facelift. Their mobile app is not yet very polished, but their team is very active in resolving issues.

Allocating, performing, and tracking tasks is easier with Smart Task. We are able to easily track the amount of time spent on different tasks, projects, and sub-tasks.

Nachteile:

Sometimes, the time tracking feature may fail in case SmartTask is opened in multiple windows. Occasional logout issues.
