I will like them to open their cloud data warehouse to 3rd party BI tools. I am told in their future release they will be allowing it.

Scheduling engines are very visual. Customizations are readily available to meet business requirements. Support is readily available via a real person and support team.
Amount of clicks for data entry can create a slower user experience.
