Vorteile:
I love how Goco is as user-friendly as any sofware could get, yet it has proven to give great results.
Nachteile:
The only thing that I dislike about Goco is the way it gets buggy sometimes, especially their new features.
GoCo Reporting is Key!
Vorteile:
The reporting feature - you can build custom reports and give coworkers on your teams access to pull those reports whenever they need to. This feature is vital to my role!
Nachteile:
The reports sometimes freeze - I have close out the browser and reopen, or refresh. It can be frustrating, especially if it takes 10+ minutes to pull a reports
Employee Perspective
Kommentare: In my experience GoCo is best used on a computer. Updating your tax or direct deposit information couldn't be easier. I believe it is a product worth using.
Vorteile:
GoCo has a user friendly layout that is simple to navigate and use.
Nachteile:
Load time on the app can be extremely long .
Customizable and growing
Kommentare: Overall the customer service and care has been amazing and this is a company that is continuously growing and adapting.
Vorteile:
Having most features flexible and customizable was a huge attraction for our company in choosing GoCo.
Nachteile:
Some functions stilllack automation. I like the workflows but would like to see how it can be more automated into other HR functions.
Satisfied GoCo User
Kommentare: Coco allows us to monitor and track our employees time throughout the day and hold them accountable. It allows us to manage overtime and have prompt conversations with employees about low/high hours.
Vorteile:
Real time tracking and accountability for employees and leader ship. Allows leader ship to also monitor time off requests and balances.
Nachteile:
We are a fairly new user, and at this time, I do not have any concerns about the product or its functionality.
GoCo User
Kommentare: Mostly great. The app itself and its functions are very helpful and convenient.
Vorteile:
Ease of functions. Very convenient for a company that employees work on multiple locations.
Nachteile:
I have an android phone and the app seems to crash often. Apple users do not seem to have the same issues. I have to uninstall and reinstall.
GoCo HR Management Tool
Kommentare: I enjoyed my experience with GoCo as a starting platform. I think this is great use for small to mid size company.
Vorteile:
I liked how clear and easy it was to use GoCo. Our employees were able to navigate clearly, trust data, and have a history available for reviews, benefit changes, and pto.
Nachteile:
I would like to see more accurate reporting out of the benefits changes, headcount, and other reports. It was difficult as we were not able to pull reports from a point in time or range accurately. There was always manual adjustment that had to be made.
GoCo Does Everything You Need Easily
Kommentare: Overall it's by bar the best program and service of its type!
Vorteile:
It's extremely easy to handle every I need to accomplish in terms of tracking and managing my employees. Everything from payroll, to time off, and really ant facet of employment can be easily accessed and quickly handled
Nachteile:
There isn't anything! I have not had any kind of issues in all the years I've used it. Their customer service is fantastic if I ever have questions or need help.
On Boarding
Kommentare: It helps cut down on time spend on-boarding people. It makes it easy to send forms company wide for signature.
Vorteile:
The on boarding is it streamlined. No more copying and having to check every sheet of paper if signed or acknowledged.
Nachteile:
Wish all documents could be started by employees themselves all the time without have to go those the workflow. I would like to be able to have my documents in customized folders.

Vorteile:
There is great customer service that helps you with different things and are able to take suggestions and get what you need. The development team is always coming out with something new.
Nachteile:
It didn't implement with some of the different software we use
GoCo is simply the best HR related SaaS available
Kommentare: My overall experience has been nothing but exceptional. I really have no complaints whatsoever!
Vorteile:
Everything. The implementation was a piece of cake with little to no work on our end. The open enrollment saved myself and my HR manager over a month of traveling to administer benefits across 4 states. The customer service is by far the best feature, as they're responsive even after hours and always willing to help!
Nachteile:
The platform can be slow at times. Overall it's generally a non-issue but I have noticed that especially after hours that the whole website tends to get about 20% slower

Vorteile:
We love the onboarding! It is easy for new employees to use and has helped us gather the documentation we need for team members faster and with fewer errors and missed documents!
Nachteile:
We did a Gusto trial and that was rough for a while but has gotten much easier as of late!

Good tool for nonprofits
Kommentare: Overall the system has allowed us to improve our timekeeping and streamline the payroll process. It's also provided a flexible way to maintain accountability records and record praises or improvement.
Vorteile:
GoCo has helped us streamline timekeeping and PTO requests, as well as the onboarding and documentation.
Nachteile:
The system meets my needs. I don't have any cons.

Great Tool for SMB|MM
Vorteile:
It is a fairly intuitive software that is easy to learn. Very affordable and has a lot of features that other platforms nickel and dime you on. The support team is extremely responsive and you know that issues are not just going in the queue.
Nachteile:
Some features still need work such at the PTO/Vacation and the Timesheet functionality. Background checks are not built-in as a feature of the tool and you can connect with a partner it is still one more relationship for me to manage. Same for some of the benefits. The reporting still needs some tweaking but most needed reports are there or can very easily be built in just moments.

User Friendly
Kommentare: During Covid, GoCo really made it easy to send needed documents to staff quickly.
Vorteile:
I like that GoCo doesn't require too much explanation to new staff because it's so user friendly.
Nachteile:
I would like to be able to pull more specific reports, such as only February birthdays or anniversaries. As opposed to pulling all birthdays & anniversaries.

Simple and easy to use
Kommentare: Online benefits onboarding is huge benefit for HR and the employee!
Vorteile:
Onboarding is so simple and save a ton of administrative time by streamlining the onboarding process. Very employee friendly.
Nachteile:
Historical reporting has been lacking. But that feature has recently been implemented and on it's way. Would like to have some data inputs on compensation that is visible just to administration and not employee.
