Excellent tool for Call Center and SMS messaging with strong CRM integration
Kommentare: CallHub has helped us solve a crucial need of being able to phone bank our members to inform them of key events and voting and election requirements. It was smooth to implement and has excellent integration with our membership database, allowing us to eliminate data silos and actively track response rates and needed follow-up in real time. And, it has been a very cost-effective solution as we could gauge our cost outlays before each campaign.
Vorteile:
CallHub is a very flexible and easy to manage Call Center phone-banking tool that is focused on serving political and issue advocacy organizations. The user interface is very intuitive - especially for callers, who can work remotely and make all calls entirely within a web browser. The experience of nearly 1600 remote volunteer was consistently positive. Backend integration with CRM/Membership management platforms is extensive, including NationBuilder, SalesForce, Action Network, and others is extensive. CallHub also integrates with Zapier. Our implementation with NationBuilder allows for 2-way data flow and immediate database updates with selected Tags, Survey Responses, and Notes from calling activity allowing for direct post-call follow-up. The CallHub platform can easily scale to large implementations and their Customer Care team has proven to be very responsive. One of the best features is their no-cost sign-up and pay-as-you-go pricing model which makes it very easy to get started and see how well it works within your organization.
Nachteile:
There were some initial issues with importing calling scripts, but regular improvements in the user interface and backend functionality by CallHub has resolved this. There is still some room for improvement with the tools available for managing calling Agents within the system, especially when we had such a high number of volunteers.

Kommentare: Vendor banned me from the site. The reason provided was that I ran for state office as a republican. This type of reaction fosters division and I would like to see social media sites open to all sides of a discourse.

poor logic--many aspects make no sense such as someone texting to the callerid # they see and my agents will never see those inbound text messages. Many aspects like that which make no sense and undermine effectiveness of our call center campaigns Cost is too high

It is the most efficient platform I have seen. I have tried several others that didn't work.
Nachteile:
Inputing phone numbers was a bit tedious, but that may have been user error.

Simple enough to use interface, customizations on music, ability to add giant swaths of numbers and get through them effortlessly.
Nachteile:
A bit glitchy here and there, calls disconnecting or audio being very quiet. Also the process of creating a new campaign and adding members is very tedious - wish it was easier.

Kommentare: I love it it gets done what’s needed and best of all it doesn’t disclose your real phone number.

I love the fact that it just keeps you going with your calls and it keeps real good track of all the calls you make the calls they answer or don’t answer.
Nachteile:
I don’t like that it doesn’t ring soo that makes it a little confusing.

Kommentare: Positive and very reliable. We have depended on it for mission critical events and it hasn't let us down.
Vorteile:
Intuitive user interface, easy sign up process. Reliable when making phone calls and sending text messages; gives you immediate interactive feedback as the campaign goes, so we are no longer left in the dark for any errors.
Nachteile:
Number process can be a little confusing with new 10DLC number requirements in the US. We can no longer use the "rent a number" option quickly. Phone number vs mobile phone import can also be improved, since landlines are a lot more rare and we faced some issues with starting a texting campaign.

Kommentare: Our experience has been very pleasant and professional. The representative was very helpful to locate the call log and determine what was wrong with the import file.

This program covers all the features for our basic needs when it comes to customer's needs in the utility department.
Nachteile:
Very seldom, we will experiences an anomaly when 120 calls couldn't launch. Also, a few occasion this was user error which customer service has gone over and beyond to satisfier the needs of our service.
Easy to Use Call Campaigns for Our Nonprofit
Kommentare: We continue to use CallHub year after year and will do so for the foreseeable future. Its a great tool to help us stay in touch with our database.
Vorteile:
I like that my team of staff and volunteers can easily make lots of calls to our constituents. We try to call through everyone we can twice a year.
Nachteile:
When we first started using it they didnt have an app for phones or iphones. But they do have that functionality now.

It's easy to setup and the pricing was very good compared to other options. I love not having to dial numbers or leave voicemails and get through my lists a LOT faster!

You can't use your own number to text, and notes don't transfer to NGP.

I have tested many voice broadcast tools in the market but nothing compares to CallHub. It does exactly what our business needs and the platform is easy to use.
Nachteile:
The reporting and analytics could be better. It would be great to see who exactly didn't get the voice broadcast more clearly and how long recipients heard the voice broadcast.
Callhub is effective and very useful
Kommentare: I've found callhub to be useful when running massive campaigns for calls, texts, emails. I also find it very easy to access external data files that can be uploaded instantly.
Vorteile:
I like how Callhub guides you through different campaigns. It makes it easy to distinguish what sort method to use, and for what purpose.
Nachteile:
Some aspects I would like to see improved is having a bit more explanation on certain fields, such as an info tab or a brief description on certain headings.

Makes phone banking seamless. Integrates well with CRMs such as nationbuilder. Easy to send out mass texts and also track them.
Nachteile:
Users have to make individual accounts so it's cumbersome and sometimes the number being used gets recognized as spam
