The best thing about Callhub is that there's no licensing requirements. This allows you to scale up or down as needed without the need to commit to any licenses.
Nachteile:
The reporting and analytics can be improved. The app can sometimes be buggy (but not often). The cost per second is higher than other apps (but you don’t have to buy any licenses). Every call is round up to the next minute no matter how long you were connected. It is more designed for B2C campaigns than B2B campaigns.

Kommentare: overall our main goal was to use the call centre tool and it has been working great.

the voice call centre which we use the most. user friendly.

the text broadcast tool is a bit difficult to use.

Kommentare: I have been using Callhub probably since 2018. I love the platform. I have used it on dozens of projects, both political and private sector business related. I have also recommended it to others, and I will continue to do so.
Vorteile:
I like the intuitive nature of the platform, as well as the dynamic suite of services that you can offer from it.
Nachteile:
The cost of adding team members to your account is a little pricey.

Kommentare: Our experience has been very pleasant and professional. The representative was very helpful to locate the call log and determine what was wrong with the import file.

This program covers all the features for our basic needs when it comes to customer's needs in the utility department.
Nachteile:
Very seldom, we will experiences an anomaly when 120 calls couldn't launch. Also, a few occasion this was user error which customer service has gone over and beyond to satisfier the needs of our service.
