(not only) For monitoring global brand mentions

Vorteile:

Among many pros, I love most its analytics features and customer support. You can literally ask for anything about web monitoring, and they do that for you. And you can ask about anything else, and they still will try to help you! It's powerful, reliable, comprehensive tool. It has been used in all companies I have worked for; once I recommended it, once I decided to choose B24 and managed it, once it had already been there.

Nachteile:

Their pricing tiers, I guess. Not all features are available in all plans, and you are limited by keywords. It's not a problem in English, but in languages with many word variants (e.g. because of inflection for person), it's a real issue.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu Brand24: SentiOne wasn't able to track mentions in all available languages. If you have a local brand, that's not a problem, but I was working for a global brand.

It¡s a great tool

Kommentare: I like it a lot, it is my favorite tool of this kind because of the cost-benefit ratio.

Vorteile:

I like that it is easy to use, very intuitive. The graphs it presents are very clear and easy to read.

Nachteile:

It is very difficult to cancel the service. For people like me who only use it periodically, it is a bit annoying.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu Brand24: Because it has the best cost-benefit ratio, in my opinion. Additionally, it is very easy to use.

Good but can be better

Kommentare: Good but can be better if they remove duplicate content and add more relevant content

Vorteile:

Giving link of all the keywords properly and the interface is great easy to understand

Nachteile:

Duplicate data, and less data available

How the data is visualized, the ux is very easy.

Nachteile:

That I had to specifically ask for historical data.

Exceptional customer service

Kommentare: Very happy, and as I say it felt like I was communicating with an internal team member. In the digital age, these guys understand CX.

Vorteile:

The customer service is second to none. Naturally, I engaged all their competitors. While price did put me off the competitors, it was the way in which [sensitive content hidden] interacted with me that ultimately made my decision to work with Brand 24 on an important campaign.

Nachteile:

Maybe the fact you pay once off and not monthly - those of us from regions with lower exchange rates feel the cost. But I understand it is the industry norm and a security for the business.
