Kommentare: In general it's a good product, quite user friendly but the above described small things make the usage more complicated. Customer support could be more reactive.
Vorteile:
From an end user (supplier) perspective it provides lot of options when creating transport orders. Registration is easy and straight-forward, new user administration can also easily done by an end user.
Nachteile:
As a master data administrator, I'm using the product to activate functions for supplier and customer relations. Using the product requires many cache/cookie deletion in the browser, otherwise when switching between menus navigation simply gets stuck and I need to restart the browser and SupplyOn frequently. Within Visibility/Analytics, the PowerBi reports needs 2-3 days to show the latest values. Customer support is a bit slow.
