Great software to help us out with our business
Kommentare: We are using Clientele ITSM for managing our projects, storing customer data and for quote management. We are happy with the dashboard functionality and the possibility to export data to Excel or whatever other system. We run quick analyses for benchmarking and we have complete overview of all important projects.
Vorteile: Dashboard functionality
Nachteile: We are using SaaS. After upgrade we have new client software to install. This should not be done after next release. That will help us very much for deployment.

Very complete and consistent ITSM software suite for Managed Service Providers
It's very complete with support for all sorts of tickets
It has the ability to separate accounts, which is very suitable for MSP's
Extensive reporting options
Integration with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Active Directory
Available as an On-Premise or as a SaaS-solution
Clientele ITSM needs Windows 7 or Windows 10 to operate (it's not browser based yet)
The interface might be familiar to some, but out-dated looking to others.
