Helping to expand the guest experience
Vorteile: This software is easy to use for both staff and visitor. We have been able to receive very valuable feedback from our guests about their visit. We are also able to answer a lot of questions that they before and during their visit, which helps us expand on their experience overall.
Nachteile: The software is easy to use, and works well. It would be great to see expansions to what the software can do. Additional features, like some sort of comment box widget that we could have on our website for a guest to type a message into, would be a useful expansion. Overall, the features we have are excellent, so I look forward to further developments.

I love this for getting feedback from guests!
Vorteile: This is so easy to use! I love That it is so easy for guests to send us feedback or ask questions. In today's time many people do not want to have to call or come tell us their feedback face to face. This is a great way for them to share feedback or ask questions in a way that makes them feel comfortable and is convenient for us.
Nachteile: It is not a big issue, but you have to put and the appointed customer number. I forget Every once and a while and it usually lets me know to resend it so I know it didn't go through.
