Beneficial employee engagement tools for every team size
Kommentare: Realizing that an annual appraisal survey and some informal team meetings may be inappropriate even in a small business environment with a flat hierarchy to understand the mood of the workforce was the decisive moment to get in touch with the Thymometrics team. The first positive experience with Thymometrics was the way the team helped to determine whether or not the Thymo is the right solution. It is strongly recommended to request a demo not only to understand what Thymo is capable of, but especially to discuss with a Thymometrics consultant what you can expect of the product for your specific business setting and what implications are linked to the introduction of the real time survey. Regardless of the sophisticated analytical power the software offers for in depth panel analysis, the main benefit clearly is the real life tracking of changes in employee satisfaction and the possibility of addressing (emerging) issues right away. This is especially true since the product helps prioritizing which issues really have to be addressed and what might be a second rate concern due to that every of the defined factors are not only rated by the degree of satisfaction but by its overall importance as well. The scale and the quality of the insights gathered through the Thymo rating scales with next to no expenditure of time for the employees cannot be matched with reasonable effort using traditional employee engagement measures. Besides the standardized rating scales the Thymo also offers a two-way communication platform allowing complete anonymous interaction between respondents and management. This versatile feature can be used among others for announcements as well as clarifications and allows the set up of further (qualitative) inquiries within a defined group of employees. Once understood how the Thymo communication platform can support the quantitative data obtained through the rating scales it is a powerful tool to address the more sensitive aspects which might be left unspoken without it. The Thymo neither replaces our annual appraisal interview nor does it supplant a team meeting, but it certainly improves the effectiveness of those traditional Human Resources measures and helped to develop new approaches customized to our needs. It is also clear that the full scale capabilities of the Thymo are designed for companies beyond small and medium-sized enterprises, but the unique software benefits unfold regardless of team size.

Vorteile: The real time analytics is one of the best parts of the tools. This vendor provides excellent customer service. They are always available and respond within 24 hours.

Intuitive to use and provides live, actionable data of how your staff are feeling.
Kommentare: I have presented this tool to a number of clients who have all loved it, from very large organisations to small companies of around 100. The simplicity of use for both users and administrators is always appealing. The ability to review constant live feedback on how your employees are feeling provides credible actionable data that enables the business to respond immediately to changes and then measure the progress of their actions. My favourite element is the added benefit of the comms tool. This takes internal comms to a strategic level and allows direct communication with employees about both their concerns and ideas to improve the business. This reduces the need for 'vanilla' comms that try to appeal to everyone and instead allows for tailored communication based on employees needs.
