I immediately downgraded to the Standard Plan at USD 29/month. The amount was successfully deducted from my debit card, yet Teachable claims the payment was declined. As a result, I’ve lost access to my account despite being charged. This experience has been extremely frustrating. The promotion felt misleading, and the billing and access issues have not been handled transparently. Teachable appears efficient at collecting payments but slow and unresponsive when it comes to resolving errors and delivering what was paid for.
