Vorteile: Concept is excellent; geared towards millenniums who work best with technology; Excellent customer service; partners with you to find ways to improve, especially related to HCHAPs; very responsive.
Nachteile: I do not have any issues or cons at this time.

So far so good with everything advertised. Easy to use and really valuable tool
Vorteile: Ease of use from a rounding perspective. The workflow capabilities are great, but I am still learning the power of these features.
Nachteile: It can be a bit overwhelming due to the number of configuration parameters and features, etc. But the good thing is that you don't have to use them all out of the box.

A+ customer service
Vorteile: Efficient and flexible to specific needs . Customer service and the ability to individualize tools is what makes Clarifire top notch.
Nachteile: Of course software and support of this quality does come with a cost. The Nurse Leader Rounding Tool is very helpful to achieve consistency in rounding practices.

Vorteile: The customer service and engagement was what I found as the best part of the Clarifire Healthcare Solutions product. There was not a time where I could not call CSR and she is a hard working and conscientious and would always get me what I needed or she would sent it out the team and an innovative solution would be reached. She kept to all promised deadlines and was dependable. The reporting capabilities for the application were robust as well.
Nachteile: The other solution that was selected by our company was more affordable. Unfortunately, there was no comparison for the price that the competitor offered. We went with another solution for this reason.
