Kommentare: Talmetrix has been an excellent partner on our associate engagement journey. They engage with us as much or as little as we want and are always willing to provide insight, support and sometimes just a sounding board. They are extremely responsive and flexible to our needs and continue to remind me of where we need to go. We are able to influence their product roadmap and have a voice with their development team. I wish more of my partners engaged like Talmetrix!

Vorteile: It's simple to use but support is always available. I am able to provide insight into the needs of my organization and my opinion is considered in the software roadmap.

Nachteile: We currently maintain our associate data outside of the software and upload as we are ready to begin a survey. I wish that updating process was easier for us via payroll interface or some other automatic feature, however because we are global, this is probably a limitation on our side.
