Tango gives me the opportunity to boost employee morale. I distribute gift cards for things such as perfect attendance and meeting certain sales goals. My employees are appreciative and excited when they receive their gift card via email. The set up process with Tango took less than a week and it was an overall easy and effortless process.

Nachteile:

There is nothing to not like about the software. It has been excellent so far.

Not the most user friendly

Vorteile:

saves on time to not have to send a gift card to someone and on the purchase of the plastic.

Nachteile:

most often when going to submit the dollar amount that you want on the gift card and then hit submit there is usually always and error that it can not be processed at this time. this can be frustrating when trying to reward individuals

Kommentare: A good low-touch tool to offer incentives and rewards. We are utilizing it for a variety of needs. The primary use case is to help our sales team in their prospecting efforts and offer an incentive to take a meeting. Additionally, we have used to gift our clients during the holiday, survey winners, and employee recognition.

Vorteile:

I like that there are no fees to utilize the platform so our entire budget can be used on gifting. That was not the case with a lot of the platforms I researched. It's very easy to use and they have pre-recorded training videos to help with training. It was very quick and simple to get started.

Nachteile:

I wish there was better reporting on the status of gift cards sent. Currently, to see the status of viewed or redemption you need to look up each person individually. It would be super helpful if you could export a list to see their status so our sales teams know who they may need to follow up with. Additionally, it would be nice if we could send the digital gift card using our own email platform and still have the redemption status tracked. Some clients thought the email was spam since came from a different email address and some got stuck in their company spam filters.

Tango and it's blessing functionality

Kommentare: I started receiving payments from them and so far I have redeemed Amazon and MasterCard gift cards.

Vorteile:

The ability to receive money through gift cards it's a blessing and works perfectly.

Nachteile:

The only thing they should add is the Paypal gift card.

After trying to find the best kind of incentives for customers, like discounts on our services and finding little engagement, finding Tango with an extensive range of gift card choices that can be used internationally can make a difference. The customer really enjoy being able to select something they value instead of our perception of what they should value. Tango dashboard allows us to keep a tab on the budget for gifts and the integrations are really helpful to automate all the processes.

The customization for e-cards could be improved, but are quite robust as they are.

Nachteile:

Sometimes some of reward cards are unavailable for users. They need to be re-added to the stock.
