Kommentare: I have used Bounce Rental Solutions, both with a former business and now with my current business, Galaxy Bounce Party Rentals. for over 5 years now and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to switch from a paper-based to electronic system.
The simplicity to get up and running and the flat-rate pricing made it an easy choice, especially at the monthly rate they offer. You can set up your products and categories extremely fast and make edits to them on the fly and are instant.
They provide several key features that I really found valuable to my business:
1. Integration into payment gateways such as Stripe.
2. SEO optimization and links to my social media sites
3. Electronic booking system, calendar, and contracts from the get-go
4. Hosting your own domain name and SSL or provides a subdomain for you to get started.
5. Direct one-to-one e-mail function
6. Send Mail using your own email address not an alias to their domain
7. Parent-child product relations to prevent double bookings
8. A dashboard that tells you everything you need to know for new orders, up-coming bookings and more.
9. It is responsive by design and looks and runs flawless on my mobile as well.
Customers love how easy it is to navigate my website and I like how I can manage my entire business on the road and on my mobile device.

Vorteile:

The simplicity to which you can go from paper-based to online and completed automated with this solutions is nothing short of impressive. From website set-up, to payment processing to accepting bookings the system was simple and the support excellent.

Nachteile:

Perhaps simplify it for repeat customers, but this system does everything I need it to do to.

Best bang for your buck

Vorteile:

What I like most about this software is how user friendly it is use. When we made the jump from pencil and paper to a software based system we were all a bit nervous but knew it had to be done for us to grow. Sending invoices and doing inventory management was a nightmare because we were using google Calendar to see what events we had on a particular day and what was available on the fly. BRS saved us from this and allowed us to grow faster.

Nachteile:

They are updating the software to include a google maps aspect which I think would really make this even better.

We have had a great experience and Rob is very accessible whenever we have questions or need assistance. I would highly recommend BRS to anyone starting an inflatable rental business or anyone looking for an easy to use online rental software.

Kommentare: The value of having this tool in my arsenal is nearly indescribable. My world be be so hectic without it's management functions that I would never even consider doing this business without it. The website it automatically creates looks great. Of course it's not the best website in the world, but it is definitely the best website between me and the competition anywhere near me. Setting this thing up is extremely simple and intuitive. Customer service is unmatched and is willing to listen to and responsive to suggestions. Look no further, this is the one you want!

Not only is the customer service great and the value that you get from the service outstanding, but Rob and his team are always only a phone call away from the customer. Not just about the service or site functionality but also just to answer just business in general questions. This is a great service for someone just getting started in the inflatable business. I would highly recommend any time.

Vorteile:

Very user friendly. Very intuitive. It got everything that I need from orders tracking to reports. Easy integration with payment gateways. The calendar heads up view is the best one I've found!

Nachteile:

I can't say like least. Features I would like to see would be scheduling and route planning integration. I've spoke with rob about this and they are working on it.

I can see the hgh value of this product for any large scale renting fascilities

Vorteile:

The interface is something you can look at a lot and not be an eyesore! That's a huge plus. For anybody managing many units this would make their lives much easier.

Nachteile:

I can see the value of it, but I believe could be a bit cheaper
