Vorteile: With tools to perform A / B tests and implementing Google Anality, ChangeAgain is specially designed for various types of companies, its ease of use is attractive depending on the user.

Nachteile: It is so good to not have any inconvenience of this software, I would recommend it to any company.

Vorteile: A big plus for me is the fact that there are no traffic restrictions: the pricing is not based on the number of visitors to the website, having unlimited impressions.
On a scale of complexity of 1-10 for A/B Testing and Split Tests, Changeagain would sit somewhere around 7; it works for me as a small business. I'm not super techie when it comes to the coding behind websites, but the visual editor enables me to move the elements around, hide them, insert images, or do some work on the HTML coding, or track clicks. For the more advanced users, there's an option to paste Java Script code. It generates my code easily and once I'm pleased with the variations I created, there's an option to email the code/send it directly to my coder through Changeagain. Super easy and fast to get it running.
A plus for me is that Chageagain is fully integrated with Google Analytics and it brings up all the goals you are tracking in Google Analytics so no need to write them again. Should I not have added a goal in Google Analytics, you can do so via ChangeAgain and it shows up in GA. You can then carry on deeper segmentation through GA.

Nachteile: I'd have liked more options for splitting the traffic between various variables besides only an equal division of traffic, but that's just me. It automatically equally divides the website traffic among all the variations and tracks which one works best for you.
More variables for selecting the audience would have been quite neat. All in all, it does a decent job when on a budget (on the cheapest plan you can only run 1 experiment though with 1 country targetting, and on the second cheapest tier it'd be 3 experiments and unlimited countries), and the unlimited impressions makes it less cumbersome than other options out there.
