Kommentare: Fitness First Middle East selected Fisikal as our technology partner after years of analysis of companies that could help us refine our systems and create engaging operational and member platforms. We selected Fisikal not only because of their cutting edge solutions, but also because of their flexibility to make changes to the system based on our business requirements and existing operational processes - in order to maximise adoption by the business we needed the system to accommodate our business processes wherever possible. The project management team at Fisikal spent a lot of time understanding how our business worked and what we wanted to achieve in the short, medium and long term. Rob and his team presented detailed analysis of processes and features which would help us meet these goals with minimal before we started the project. Once the project was confirmed Fisikal made the solutions we needed and delivered them on time. After 18 months of planning, we signed the agreement and had our new systems branded, customised and implemented in our business within 3 months. Since go live we have worked closely with Fisikal to make sure that our teams all know how best to use the product and support our members. We have found the customer support team to be efficient, professional and personable. They make sure that nothing is left without follow up or completion. We have been delighted to work with Fisikal and look forward to adopting further areas of the system.
Vorteile: The cutting edge solutions and flexibility to make changes to the system based on our business requirements and operational processes.
Nachteile: The fact that the software was not already translated into Arabic. However the team are working on this and it will be completed very soon.

We spent a long time selecting a booking application as it is a very important part of the member experience, and the result is we are very pleased with our decision to take Fisikal. It has transformed our process for booking a class or PT session, taking it from a piece of paper in club into an online process that gives choice and information to the members and provides a consistent and fair booking experience.
Working with the Fisikal team is a pleasure; discussions are always fruitful; they are all knowledgeable; and we have great trust in them to help us improve our business.
Vorteile: App is easy to use and popular with users and staff. Integration with our membership system is rock solid. The team are excellent, readily available, even to us in the Middle East with our timezone and working week differences, and the responses are high-quality, with thought put in and value added. Change requests are delivered in good time, new features appear regularly.
Nachteile: The system is very configurable which is good, but every now and this flexibility leads us to a configuration error which has an unexpected effect on members. Occasional slowdowns when some issue causes a queue to build up and we require support to resolve. Help is provided quickly and ongoing work to try and resolve permanently, but always annoying when when this situation occurs.
