If you're a single operator, it might be worth investing time and resources to an implementation manager or paying Oases to do the work for you in terms of setup. There's lots of help documentation (almost too much). It's not as intuitive - out of the gate as you might expect or desire. That's neither good nor bad. If you don't have the time and patience to go through the documentation, definitely revaluate your tutor management system needs. There's lots in this system (good).
